Poor communication and work ethic. Job initially done improperly and missed completion deadline. *Edit added upon job completion: The crew redid all the unprepared stucco, siding, and trim areas. They power washed the driveway oil spills (lighter now) and patio paint spills (mostly removed). Though they went two days past the deadline, not counting the weekend, they did finish the work. We were in contact with Dan Miller from our estimate onward and he was extremely knowledgeable, extremely responsive and informative with answering any questions we had via text message throughout. Great service from start to finish! It started with a Yelp message then Scott scheduled Jason to meet me at home. Jason was very accommodating, professional, and knowledgeable. He offered great tips and got a reasonable quote to me right away. I booked CertaPro because Jason helped make it easy to determine color combination, design, and nailing down a solid date. The two painters who came out were friendly and made sure to protect the plants and cars. The final product came out great - I love the new look of my house!
We had our kitchen cabinets painted as part of our kitchen remodel. We contracted CertaPro to paint the cabinets only. We had a great experience with Dan the Sales Manager that gave us tremendous trust in the quality we could expect. We got a quote within a day after our initial consultation.
