I found CertaPro on Yelp! and decided to give them a shot. My husband and I recently purchased a home in YL, did some remodeling and Dylan came out to give us a quote. We had a few other quotes as well. CertaPros had a very professional quote. We realize that in certain circumstances/situations you may have to pay for quality work. I used CertaPro for a large (3 week project accelerated and completed in 2 weeks) whole house interior paint job in Yorba Linda California. The paint job included complicated aspects, including two-tone stairwell, finishing and painting 20 year old cabinets, restoring worn and chipped baseboards, covering darker tone paint with lighter tone paint on all interior walls, and painting a garage with wires stapled everywhere. CertaPro did a great job painting our two-story house. The crew leader, Charlie, was easy to work with communications were great. The job included making a repair to wood trim due to rotted wood and it was handled nicely as well. They showed up when promised and worked every day until the job was done. They paid attention to detail including lots of patching and grouting. The price was very competitive and they were very professional.

We had Certapro of Irvine paint the exterior of our home last year so, when we wanted the interior painted we asked them to do the work. We had faith in them doing a great job and we we're not disappointed. Raul and Roy were absolutely professional and friendly, it was a pleasure having them do the job! Our salesman, Xavier, was also friendly and professional. Any questions we had were quickly answered. We highly recommend this great company!

This was the first time I hired professional painters and they truly made the whole process so seamless! I had been searching around for someone to paint my one room and truly was being treated not the best by other companies I had reached out to, but CertaPro answered all my questions and were just kind and made me have confidence in them to do the job! We first contacted CertaPro because our neighbor used them and was very satisfied. Turns out the Irvine franchise had just been taken over by Scott & Janet. Scott gave me a call to get the ball rolling for an estimate and soon after we had Dan come over to give us an estimate. Dan was super personable and knowledgeable and was happy to give ideas about how to pick colors and what combinations were popular. This the 3rd time I have used Certapro for a painting job. Dan was prompt and professional. The proposal was extremely detailed and uses pictures and explanations to illustrate the scope of work. The crew showed up on time on the first day and completed the job in the time estimate of 4 days. They were neat and left the premises clean. I would certainly use Certapro again.
