I've been working on the remodel of my house. New siding, water proofing deck, windows...the whole outside. Man, this stuff is a pain and dude, it takes a while!!! We'll almost done and by a recommendation I included CertaPro Painters in my bid. I spoke with Janet, she assigned Dan to my account. Dan made an appointment to come to my house for the estimate. We have a historic home in Old Towne Orange - one with a lot of technical particulars because the house is made of non-traditional material (Friggin rocks. Giant. Friggin. Rocks) and the trim and many windows (including basement windows) for two buildings needed to be painted two different colors. I've seen a few reviews that talk about how the estimators advised them they couldnt do the job without some changes and upgrades to the house...what do you expect? Paint goes on LAST. We had a great experience with CertaPro painters for the estimate until they finished. They weren't the least expensive nor the most expensive. We felt they offered the value they could produce. They underpromised and over performed, showing up when they said and getting us on the schedule on our timeline not theirs including finishing early

I had this company come out to my home to repaint my kitchen cabinets. Due to the complexity and unique demands of cabinetry, I had concerns about the type of painters and type of paint they would be using on these heavily used cabinets. Paint type in terms of sheen and durability and a smooth texture were paramount to this job. Certa Pro painted our house and did a great job with it. Unfortunately they over sprayed our brand new front door. However they were professional with us in remedying the situation and repainted our door so that it looked exactly as it was and provided us a discount for the inconvenience. Overall a very responsive company who took the time to fix an error on their part. That's good customer service.

I hired CertaPro Painters of Irvine to paint the exterior of my condominium. Julio, Carlos and Salvador did an awesome job. They made sure everything was covered properly, they repaired all of the cracks in the stucco and were always here when they said they would be. My condo looks brand new. They went above and beyond to make sure all of my requests were taken care of. I can't recommend this crew enough! Thank you Julio, Carlos and Salvador.

We had a very positive experience working with CertaPro. Their sales rep, Dan, was very professional and knowledgeable. Liked that they provided an exceptionally detailed contract. We had the complete exterior of our two story home painted and are very pleased with the results. Have received numerous compliments from neighbors.
