I had this company come out to my home to repaint my kitchen cabinets. Due to the complexity and unique demands of cabinetry, I had concerns about the type of painters and type of paint they would be using on these heavily used cabinets. Paint type in terms of sheen and durability and a smooth texture were paramount to this job. Certa Pro painted our house and did a great job with it. Unfortunately they over sprayed our brand new front door. However they were professional with us in remedying the situation and repainted our door so that it looked exactly as it was and provided us a discount for the inconvenience. Overall a very responsive company who took the time to fix an error on their part. That's good customer service.

I hired CertaPro Painters of Irvine to paint the exterior of my condominium. Julio, Carlos and Salvador did an awesome job. They made sure everything was covered properly, they repaired all of the cracks in the stucco and were always here when they said they would be. My condo looks brand new. They went above and beyond to make sure all of my requests were taken care of. I can't recommend this crew enough! Thank you Julio, Carlos and Salvador.

We had a very positive experience working with CertaPro. Their sales rep, Dan, was very professional and knowledgeable. Liked that they provided an exceptionally detailed contract. We had the complete exterior of our two story home painted and are very pleased with the results. Have received numerous compliments from neighbors. The painters were punctual, courteous, professional, kept things clean and were excellent painters. We highly recommend CertaPro to anyone who needs painting services.

Poor communication and work ethic. Job initially done improperly and missed completion deadline. *Edit added upon job completion: The crew redid all the unprepared stucco, siding, and trim areas. They power washed the driveway oil spills (lighter now) and patio paint spills (mostly removed). Though they went two days past the deadline, not counting the weekend, they did finish the work. We were in contact with Dan Miller from our estimate onward and he was extremely knowledgeable, extremely responsive and informative with answering any questions we had via text message throughout. We had Chino and George paint our home exterior and they were on time every day, were professionally mannered, and executed a great job painting our house. Great service from start to finish! It started with a Yelp message then Scott scheduled Jason to meet me at home. Jason was very accommodating, professional, and knowledgeable. He offered great tips and got a reasonable quote to me right away. I booked CertaPro because Jason helped make it easy to determine color combination, design, and nailing down a solid date. The two painters who came out were friendly and made sure to protect the plants and cars. The final product came out great - I love the new look of my house!

We had our kitchen cabinets painted as part of our kitchen remodel. We contracted CertaPro to paint the cabinets only. We had a great experience with Dan the Sales Manager that gave us tremendous trust in the quality we could expect. We got a quote within a day after our initial consultation.
