CertaPro did a great job on our house. It had waited for far too long from the last time it had been painted. Tony quoted three days and it was done in three days. The painters were courteous and took time to listen to my concerns and questions about prep work and really did an excellent job prepping the house prior to painting. We were very happy with the job from the quote thru the final clean up.

We called Tony to get a quote for painting our new kitchen and pantry. He was on time and was very knowledgeable about his work. He gave us an honest price that frankly we had to say yes. The painters showed up on time and worked hard to complete the work on schedule. They were clean and neat. The painting was a quality job with no punch list items. We received 4 quotes to paint the exterior of our home. I put every contractor through their paces to earn our business. Dan, the owner of this franchise, was far and away the most professional and best experience on the sales side. Tony and his team are great. We had them paint the interior of our house when we purchased our home. The quote process was thorough and straight forward. CertaPro provided a detailed quote with all the rooms, specific surfaces to be painted, and the colors we had picked so it was easy to reference throughout the job. Great job! Dan Miller showed up on time and gave us an on-the-spot estimate. This contrasts with another company's estimator who had to delay the on site visit, needed another day to come up with an estimate. Plus, when we wanted to add a small wall to the estimate he wasn't able to come back nor was he able to come up with an estimate from photos. I got 3 quotes to paint my home exterior. CertaPro came out in the middle in terms of pricing. The highest was silly, so was the lowest. The CertaPro price was not cheap, but came in where I thought it was reasonable, but enough in it that they could afford to do a quality job, which they did. Dan came out and quoted. These guys are the best! Dan, the estimator clearly explained the entire process to us in terms we could easily understand. He took photos of the exterior of the house and provided us with a cost estimate that same day. The price was very reasonable.
