I hired them to paint my garage door. I replaced my garage door, but the manufacturer does not have the color that my HOA needs so I hired them. I got in touch with Mac who coordinated everything, especially the paper works that explains the work they are going to do down to the last detail so I will know what to expect, guarantees and their policies. I highly recommend CertaPro Painters. I can't thank Mac Canady enough for his great costumer service and professionalism. Very honest and explained the process from top to bottom without missing a detail. Our Church needed exterior painting for our Grand Opening so we called CertaPro. Within a week of me calling, Mac came and got the job done quick, fast, and before schedule. All of our needs were met and we couldn't have asked for a better job well done. We recently had our house painted by CertaPro and we (and our neighbors) are so pleased with the results. Mike Bird, the Supervisor was very professional, pleasant and helpful (and gave us a great price). Rene and Alex, the painters, worked so hard every day to bring our California Bungalow in the Rose Park Historic District back to its original beauty. Are you trying to pick a painter for your new house in Long Beach? Skip CertaPro. The initial quote process is smooth and they seem like a bigger more professional company. You'll be convinced that they are worth the significant premium over other local companies. Once the job starts you'll never see the person who quoted you because they move on to sucker the next customer. In our case they used the wrong color paint to cover the entire interior. I highly recommend CertaPro Painters of Long Beach. Everyone was professional and attentive throughout the whole process. Alex was exceptional! The color I chose for the exterior was lighter than I expected it to be and the white paint I had chosen for the fascia wouldn't have worked; but Alex came to the rescue. He gave me a couple of suggestions. I picked the color I wanted for the Fascia, garage door and side doors and CertaPro had no problem with it. I'm very happy how my house turned out. CertaPro painters are top-notch! From the up-front cost estimates to the exquisite detail through prep and painting, the folks at this company truly have your best interest in mind. We just had our house painted by CertaPro 2 weeks ago and we're really happy with the whole process. Mac came out to quote and was knowledgeable and responded quickly, he was available and communicative through the entire process. Moses, Alex and Rene did all the patching and painting and they did an amazing job. They were professional and respectful and reliable. They did a great job and we're really pleased with the outcome. Mac was very easy to work with and was very thorough in gathering information for my estimate. I had some timing and logistical constraints that Mac was able to accommodate. The crew showed up on-time, was diligent throughout the project, and cleaned up at the end of each day. At the end of the project, when I discovered a couple doors had been painted with a different finish than originally agreed upon, someone came out to fix the issue immediately.
