Aaron came out to our home to give us a quote on replacing some termite damage wood around the trim of our house and also to paint the trim and gutters. His team came out as scheduled and I can't say enough about Alex and Ronnie. They did a FANTASTIC job!!! They were thorough, neat and definitely an amazing duo. Our 2 story house desperately needed new paint since the last painting 10 years ago. CertaPro just completed the exterior and it looks great! Jeff Cornelius emailed me a general estimate within 48 hours because he was unable to come to the jobsite to provide an in-person estimate when I first needed it for comparison. His emailed estimate was so much more thorough than the competitor's that I called him back and asked him to provide an in-person quote. Don & Gary were those people you hear about who paid great attention to detail. Punctual, and so polite. They cleaned up after the job and neighbors complimented me on the beautiful job they did. Not only that, these two pros were efficient and fast. My CertaPro sign is still on the front fence and will leave it there until Thanksgiving! (My third time using CertaPro painters). I hired Certa-Pro Painters to paint a bedroom. It was a small job but Rob came and did an estimate and sent his crew. They did a fabulous job. They were on time and they were very neat and clean. I'm picky about that. They did such a good job I decided to have them paint the living room, dining area and kitchen, including the kitchen cabinets. It was perfect. Rob came and checked on the workers and mad sure that I was happy. I highly recommend Certa-Pro Painters and Rob for any painting needs.
From the start to the finish there were no surprises. The 2 painters onsite arrived on time every day and were working diligently. Special mention to Mike S. our estimator and POC.
