My husband called Certapro to schedule an appointment for someone to come out and give us an estimate for an exterior paint job. We received an email confirmation saying we were all set. Today they were supposed to be here at 11 am and no one shows up. No phone call, email, text or anything to say they weren't coming. Needless to say, they were supposed to be here over an hour ago and we are still waiting but don't think they will ever show. We had CertaPro paint our home interior a couple of years ago, so when we had a pipe burst within our walls and ended up with a couple of large drywall holes in the process of getting it repaired, we knew just who to contact. It was definitely a bonus to have both the drywall work and painting done together. We had an awesome experience with CertaPro for a complete re-painting of the interior of our house. Mac and Victor were super helpful in planning the project and getting everything done on time. They did time & materials for a good portion of the work, which ended up saving us quite a bit on the final bill. Juan and Eyner were the painters and showed up each day on time, worked incredibly efficiently, and cleaned up everything at the end of each day. What a great organization! Five stars doesn't seem sufficient. Starting with Mac examining the condition of my walls and baseboards to the actual painting completed by Luis, Trey, Juan and Steven, there was a continuing commitment to thoroughness and attention to detail. The job was not just the highest quality but was double teamed to add to efficiency and a rapid completion. CerrtaPro was not the lowest bidder but you get what you pay for. We have had a great experience with CertaPro and have used them multiple times for jobs around the house. Most recently, Mac was great at managing our recent job - easy to reach via text or phone, came organized, delivered an itemized estimate on the spot, and has really been a pleasure to work with. His main painter on the job, Alex, is a magician. Hiring CertaPro to remove our popcorn ceilings was one of the worst decisions we've ever made. They were sloppy, unprofessional, and their gross mishandling of our job has caused us a great deal of anxiety and stress. Everything seemed great at first. Certapro's contract promises "excellent communication". This is false. I would call them and never received a call back from the project manager. The team on-site did not speak English well and it was clear upper management had no idea what they were doing. For example, when I called the operations manager he insisted they had a certain number of people on site and certain equipment but he was frequently wrong.
