My home is my sanctuary, and made even more so knowing that the walls are professionally patched and painted beautifully. While I paint walls often, this project was bigger than I had bandwidth for or desire to do - including a hall, living room, kitchen and family room's ceilings, walls and trim. We hired CertaPro of Long Beach to paint the exterior of our mid-century home in Long Beach. Ronnie was extremely professional and provided us with a very reasonable price quote. The crew arrived as scheduled and were pleasant and communicative throughout the project. Painting was completed in the time estimated and it was a very easy experience. This company is outstanding in all respects. We had initally hired another company to do a large job in our complex. We had to fire them after a battle of excuses, lies and very shoddy work. We then hired CertaPro Painters of Long Beach/Torrance to complete the job and repair the awful work done by the other company. The owner Ronnie gave us a detailed contract on the scope of work they would be doing and keep us well informed. Reached out to CertaPro for an interior and exterior paint job at my soon-to-be home. The initial consultation was set up for a 1:30 PM appointment with the owner of the business, Ronnie. At 3:30, I called the office because nobody had arrived. The lady who answered confirmed the appointment and was SHOCKED that nobody had arrived. She apparently put out an "urgent" alert to the estimator/owner, who would then call me shortly with an update. By 5:30, noone had reached out, and I went home to my current residence. Called Certa Pros from a recommendation from a friend when I needed to paint my peeling facia and bare eaves. Ronnie came out and walked the site with me and gave a very reasonable estimate to complete the job. The crew was fast and clean and the paint looks great. I'm looking forward to using Certa Pros for a couple more interior and exterior paint projects.

In July, I had a leak in one of my bathrooms and the plumber put a couple holes in my wall. I reached out to a couple painters through Yelp and decided to try Certapro Painters. Aaron came to see the work I needed and charged the same price that was quoted on Yelp. We scheduled for an appointment on a Friday at 8am and I paid a deposit.
