The sales associate was thorough, provided a good description of the process, performed an informative walk-through and was responsive to my questions. I appreciated the involvement of the director in launching the actual painting of my house. The painters were polite, worked diligently and did good quality work. Their clean-up was excellent. Also, it was good to have a manager separately stop by, about two-thirds of the way through, to check on the progress of the job. We are very satisfied customers.

A few weeks ago, we saw one of our neighbors was having their house painted. His house and our house are painted the same colors so we were really interested to see the process and the results. The sign posted outside said, CertaPro Painters. Some things we noticed when driving by was there was no music blasting, their equipment wasn't spread out all over the yard. It was a very quiet, tidy scene. When the project was complete, we decided to stop by and ask our neighbor if he was pleased with the results and the experience ... read more

We hired CertaPro of Carlsbad to repaint the full exterior of our Bonita home -- front, left, rear, right, and a retaining wall -- and the whole experience was the smoothest contractor job we've had. It started with the contract itself: detailed, itemized by surface and area, and Todd (our sales rep) worked with us to iron out anything unclear before the crew ever showed up. No surprises once work started. The crew was excellent (Fabian and Edgar) -- professional, courteous, and clearly organized under one crew leader who ... read more

Great experience using CertaPro Painters. This was my first time hiring a company to paint. Usually I slog through it on my own, but since I wanted every wall, ceiling and trim painted, along with a few other small demo projects, I knew I needed to hire professionals. John walked through the house and gave me ideas for things I hadn't thought of (replacing can lights and smoke alarms that would look yellow against the fresh paint, etc). Quote was fair, and they were able to schedule around my availability. Lupe and his crew ... read more

I contracted CertaPro to my condo. Overall, I was very pleased with their process. From Katie's sales consultation to Erik's paint work. Katie was very helpful, provided recommendations, and gave me some samples to try on the home. Erik was professional and he walked me through the process and set expectations for time of completion. Erik's overall work was quick (4 days to paint) and spotless and Katie came to check on the work to make sure he was on schedule. When the work was completed. Erik walked me through all the wo... read more

We had just had our house fumigated and needed painting of the fascia boards. Todd came out to give us an estimate and did a great job actually listening to what we wanted done. Kyle was our project manager and was awesome! He showed up for regular check-ins on how things were going and made sure we were happy with the work. The crew showed up on time and were great at prepping, painting and cleaning up. We had one issue which Kyle noticed and rectified without us having to ask. We were so happy with their work, professional... read more

Christian and Pasqual did an amazing job, neighbors commented on how great it looked, too.

Fabian and his crew did a great job painting the exterior of my house. It's an old house and needed a lot of prep work before the painting could be done. They power washed, patched where needed, and even replaced some boards. They were also mindful of the pond and many plants around the house. The results are good and they were very professional and easy to work with. Thank you!
