I would not recommend CertaPro painters to anyone. Not even my worst enemy and I have no enemies'. I had this company paint my kitchen. I have a pot and pan closet with no door so it is not hard to miss. When they were done with the kitchen the paint was so thin I could still see the primer showing through. The closet was not primered or painted. When they came out to give the walls another coat of finish paint I showed them the closet. At this time they primered the closet. When Soumil came to give me a bid, I was very impressed. He was very professional and promised he would personally inspect the job when it was finished and would take care of any problems that might arise. That was the last I saw of him. The paint job was okay. The painters took down the pleated shades in the living room to paint and put them back up when they finished. When I tried to put the shade down, it fell down. They fully accommodated my changing schedule as well as being competitively priced. The crew on the jobsite are polite, efficient, professional and clean! This spring we contacted CertaPro as well as 5 other companies for a bid to paint a rental property inside & out. Soumil was quick and responsive throughout the bidding process and very willing to work with our budget. He assessed the situation and offered many clever cost saving strategies. I met Soumil to ask some basic questions (not looking to paint, just yet) and he was kind enough to educate me a little about what steps needed to be taken before painting my house. He didn't rush me. He didn't push me to start the job. He understood that I just wanted some info and he was a great source of helping me understand the timeline of how long it would take and things that would be done to complete the job. When I have the money ready, I'm calling him!

Wow, what a mistake! CertaPro seemed like a reputable company, had good references. Their bid was the lowest and they were available on fairly short notice. Maybe that should have tipped us off. They ended up taking 3 days longer than they said, so we had to change our move date. But we really wouldn't have minded that if they'd done a good job. We had a 10AM appointment scheduled with Soumil for an estimate and it's now 10:35. No phone call. Nothing. I actually called at 9:30 to confirm the appointment and left a message. I also called and left another message at 10:20. Not okay. What makes a business think they can treat consumers like this is beyond me. I'm glad prior customers had such good service and great results with CertaPro, but they won't be receiving my business. After years of deliberations we decided to get our house painted from the outside as well as inside, it was a big/expensive job for us. We got multiple quotes from different companies including Certapro and decided to go with them. Soumil was very professional, he responded to all of our 101 questions and promised to follow through.
