Just finished having CertaPro paint the exterior of my house and couldn't be happier. Their estimate was 40% lower (~$3,300) than another well-known local San Rafael company (with an excellent reputation). Contacted CertaPro because they were a Diamond Certified business. We had them paint the exterior of our house to match the original paint. They were on-time every day, including when Kevin came over to do the quote, and did the job quickly (painting took only three days) which included two top coats and a tinted primer coat on 2/3 of our home. When they finished the house looks great, as expected, and the crew also did an excellent job of cleaning up.

Soumil, Kevin, Christina, Everardo, Ronny - they're excellent. They just painted our exterior and we had a lot of stucco patching to do. Kevin was realistic and accommodating with the scope and quote. They did a great job with the stucco prep, were receptive to special requests Worked super hard to get things done quickly and on time. Great communication by all. Highly recommend. We also used them to do our kitchen cabinets a few years ago and they came out great. Tons of attention to detail and nice, clean work.

I cannot recommend these guys more. From our first e-mail to the day the work was finished, it was easy, professional, and efficient. I am very picky, and CertaPro made sampling colors easy (they work with Sherwin-Williams, who matched all our colors), and I can guarantee there were no stains or splatters anywhere in sight. We just had the exterior of our house painted by CertaPro, and are really happy with the process and results. Of the 4 estimates we had, CertaPro's was next to lowest (and only because the lowest bid assumes a lower quality paint). I appreciated Kevin's and Christina's patience in working out an estimate scheduling snafu caused by the central office (i.e., not the Berkeley's office fault) as well as Kevin's detailed estimate. We used CertaPro to pain the exterior of our home. Kevin came to do the estimate and help us pick a color. He had tried to match a couple of houses we liked but the samples they gave us just didn't float my boat. I asked Kristina in the office to help us and to sample five more colors off the Sherwin-Williams website, and she had Juan put them up that same day. I was extremely impressed by the work that this Certa Pro Painters branch was able to do in my home. I was referred to a colorist who helped us create a beautiful palette to work with, and their painters sealed the deal. They painted our complex arrangement flawlessly and did so in just a few days. I could not have been more pleased by their performance and professionalism. Great price, great service, and I would definitely use them again. Hands down, the best customer service experience I have had in years.

This is the second time that CertaPro painters of Berkeley has worked for me. This time they painted the front, west facing windows, inside and out, and a living room interior. Kevin bid the job, and was very professional - showed up on time (my pet peeve). Since I had worked with the crew before, I was comfortable with the bid.
