Fair bid, work exactly as promised and on time and even minor touch up requests I made were promptly handled until I was 100% satisfied. The workmanship was great and the materials appear very high quality.
I am a Real Estate agent and as such, I have had and seen MANY paint jobs over the years. This is by FAR the one I have been most pleased with. Professional from start to finish. We had out bedroom painted last weekend and I cannot say enough about the quality work done by CertaPro. We only did one room, because we wanted to make sure they would do a good job. We were more than impressed. They arrived on time and performed flawlessly. We liked that we could chose our paint by a precise number and communicate that to the painters. We will definitely use them in the future. The cost was reasonable as well.

We had a terrific experience with CertaPro from start to finish on our interior paint work. We had the whole inside painted on our 3 BR / 2.5 BA house, including a lot of wall repairs and nail hole filling on the recently installed crown molding, baseboards, and trim. Soumil has responded to my review of the work that he did to my home with claims that there were difficulties with working on an older home. Please note that the home has been very well maintained over time. The complaint remains that your crew arrived late, took long lunches, and left early. They were careless with respect to debris removal prior to painting (my contractor was very concerned that no care was taken with possible lead abatement). My questions and comments during he contracting process with the owner were responded to promptly and answered well. We arrived easily at a negotiated price. The work crew was also prompt, respectful and accommodating. They did not intermix other jobs, but worked consecutive days until they completed the job. They cleaned up daily and after the job returned everything to its place. When I noticed a couple things they missed, they returned promptly and with good temper took care of those things. From the very beganing they were very professional. From being on time,to doing exactly like what they said they were going to do. Everyone I dealt with was very nice. When there was a minor mistake they stepped up and took care of it. They did a great job all the way around. From prepping the building, priming and a great finish. CertaPro of Berkeley is truly professional. Kevin, the sales manager, arrived on time to review my needs. His bid totally reflected what I wanted done in painting parts of the exterior of my home. Ivan, the foreman is a master painter. He and Wilson cleaned every surface by hand (my request), filled in cracks in wood, made minor repairs to wood rot, used a tinted primer, and then two coats of the paint I had requested.
