While the staff were courteous and had a professional manner, the work was mediocre at best for the price we paid to have the deck stained. We had them come back to fill in knotholes that hadn't been painted, but have discovered so more instances of a rush job of poor painting (e.g. over tape, missed surfaces, etc). I mean, you had one job.

Deon and crew took over a job that had been abandoned by another company. They were thoroughly professional, which was a relief after the bad experience we'd had with the previous contractor. They priced fairly and worked quickly. Very responsive, and the house looks great. Their color consultant also gave excellent suggestions. Highly recommended.

Painting my house was no easy task. Three colors and extensive masking of areas to be painted in the future. Certa Pro came in and without hesitation knew exactly how to proceed. These guys were real professionals and did a masterful job. Sometimes there was a slight language difficulty but with time over the two weeks of the job communication became easier. You will be happy with this company if you know what services you are getting and you know the details of the surfaces to be painted.

We have used CertaPro Berkeley for our painting needs several times. This most recent was indoor painting including the kitchen/kitchen cabinets. They were professional, careful and had great knowledge of exactly what was needed in this laborious process. Our kitchen, entire upstairs and our ceilings/trim in the foyer and stairs look fabulous. We had a great experience with CertaPro Painters. We hired them to repair and repaint a room with water damage, and their painter Jorge did a fantastic job -- the plaster repair was seamless, and the room now looks great. Jorge was professional, skilled, and genuinely a pleasure to work with. The owner, Soumil, was excellent with communication and follow-up throughout the process. Highly recommend this team for any painting or repair work!

Deon started this experience off really well from the initial quote. He was very helpful from that point through completion. Everado and team did a good job, communicated well and kept things very clean. CertaPro was very responsive to my one minor complaint. When I make a choice to do stucco I will reach out to CertaPro to paint the trim. I am very pleased with my experience.

What an amazing team!  We worked with Deon and Jeronimo. Jeronimo was our onsite manager and he was outstanding. His customer service and attention to detail are excellent. The entire crew was thoughtful, detailed and thorough.  It's hard to share space while juggling work, kids and pets at home but they made it easy and it was a pleasure to have them in our home.
