The "designer" Keating Hurd was impossible to work with. She spent the entire time promising that she could deliver what the client wanted and then failed to deliver. The closet that was sent out did not even fit through the doors of the space. The installers had to take everything back to have it re-done. The final product was not what the client was promised. Unpleasant experience. Our sales person, Joanne, was pushy and not very professional. She would not listen to our request, only offer her ideas. The price was ok, but we ended up going with another vendor and had our closet custom made.

My wife and I spent $7,076 to upgrade the closet in the master bedroom of our new home. Within months, the laminate California Closets used began peeling in several different locations, exposing the particle board underneath. We called California Closets and they informed us that the laminate was inferior in quality and sent someone out to repair it. A few months later, the peeling began all over again (see photos). Expert installer, "Rob", just left our home. We could not be more delighted with the lovely cabinet created for us by California Closets and installed by Rob. They involved us in the design phase of the project and we were able to pick out all materials from a wide selection of options. Rob (our installer) was very professional, meticulous and efficient. We did experience some issues with communication between the designer and the installation department that impacted the project early on. But the Company made it right and ... read more

I can't believe the Sales person, they asked what my budget was about 4 times and then quoted $3000, I called Closet world and had it done, Better job, for Half the price and looks great and really organized us. We are super happy with Closet World.These guys are CROOKS

Our Rep Roland Gabriel was very attentive, offering to come over again and again if needed to help with design decisions....so many options, colors, styles etc. Installation went as scheduled, except for a back order on the cabinet doors, which came in within the week. Installers were nice and clean. It's been a year since installation and we really enjoy our home office.

Brought them out in June for a 4 closet remodel, all went very good, from design, to order, to install. Had another recent project for hallway storage and again, came out perfect. Worked with Ben both times. Installers were also very professional and courteous. Not the cheapest option, but far less expensive than a finish carpenter custom job. Highly recommend these guys.

Good Product, installers adequate (only 1 hour late on 1st day) but sales person ELIZABETH HENRY is very rude and and unhelpful. Once I mentioned i was in sales and i wanted a better price, she told me "the price is the price and that its not like buying a used car". Then she proceeded to insult me by saying that she understands and that maybe I cant afford the type of closet i want. Closet installed a few weeks ago and so far it is fine , but DO NOT use ELIZABETH HENRY , she has a serious attitude problem and lacks people ... read more

We worked with Ed Brown to design and install two closet systems, an office system and an entertainment center in our downtown condo. Ed did a great job of creatively designing an efficient and beautiful system. He tied the system into our existing cabinets through creative design techniques. he also doubled our closet space without adding a square inch of closet space!
