We had gotten our loft desk and master closet done back in March, and although it took them a span of three months instead of the three weeks they had originally planned, I am still very happy with their quality of work and service overall. Ben and his team are the best in town. Great design, quality craftsmanship, with total professionalism. They transformed our master closet and kitchen pantry. My favorite feature is how they designed the wine cooler in to the pantry. My wife loves the jewelry drawers and custom lighting.
I have been hesitant to use California Closests because of the price. It is expensive. But it IS worth the cost. Our place has limited closet space. And we have two growing girls. Their small closets looked like a war zone. California Closets came...a quick visit in the morning...and had 3D examples of what their closets could look like. California Closets is a model of how to provide good service. They get the job done right on time and on budget. Their pricing is reasonable. They do a great job of communicating and staying in touch. Gerardo was amazingly good and fast and designing the drawer and cabinet system. It was a very satisfying experience from start to finish.
We've had CA closets do our built ins which has definitely helped to organize our small space. We've have several instances where we need repairs as the drawers/cabinets have broken. Once CA closets does the install, they are ridiculously hard to get a hold of for repairs. I feel like they prioritize new clients but when it comes to coming back to fix items, there is no sense of urgency. Gerardo helped us design the perfect built-in systems. Install was professional and very efficient. I had high expectations for the quality and the finished product exceeded what I envisioned.
This is the first time I've had a real closet organization system where I live. They make such a difference with what you can do with your space, its amazing. California Closets completed the last of my closets in my condo, and they did a beautiful job on all of them. I had shelves, hanging spaces, and deep drawer dressers built into the closets.
