This company really stands behind its warranties. We have a hide a bed and probably because we live so close to the coast the springs tend to rust over time and then break. 3 times since 2013 they have come out and repaired those springs FREE of charge because their warranty on parts on their installments is forever as long as you are still the original owner. Once CC came for the initial measurements and presentation of what our closet would look like, we knew at that point we would be customers. But the best part was our sales associate Taylor working with us throughout the entire process. From listening to what we wanted, to her useful insight on what what we would gain just fully let us know we had a passionate person looking out for our best interest. It is expensive but worth it. There were some minor issues as some of the paneling that is adhesive based was not pressed firmly long enough to close a gap so I had to press the paneling down myself but overall they did a wonderful job with the design and installation. It is nice to know that there is a lifetime warranty with the product. Gerardo Soares was our designer and I will hope to work with him again. His attention to detail is second to none.

We love our new closets. Gerardo was our sales person and he was so helpful. We are now able to organize and fit so much more in our closet. It was small when we moved in and now we feel like we have a walk in closet. He also helped me with one of our guest bedroom closets allowing me to organize and get more out that space as well. We love the wood that we picked and goes so well with our house.

Designer was incredibly helpful in making sure I got the configuration that was just right for my needs. I made numerous changes and he never made me feel I was a bother. The installer did an amazing job. He was polite, neat and quicker than I thought possible for one person to do. Love my new closet, everything has a place now!

Outstanding! Not only were the workmanship and end results great, but every follow up and every commitment was handled on time and professionally. Everyone I dealt with was courteous and personable. I didn't have to worry about a thing.

I wish 0 stars was an option. After spending countless hours designing our closet ( with multiple visits in store) we finally agreed on a perfect design. The price we were quoted seemed reasonable and we were ready to give a deposit and lock in an installation date.... UNTIL our consultant emailed us to tell us our design was actually going to cost almost DOUBLE what we were quoted. Are you guys insane? I understand an estimate is usually in the ballpark of the final price but not double what we were quoted. What a waste of ... read more
