We wanted to remodel our closet for years and finally had the funds to do it. Our experience was fantastic from the employee who came to visit our house to the installation process. Everything was professional everything, was perfectly executed. Totally worth every penny. We absolutely love our closet!

Absolutely fabulous experience all around! I visited the CC showroom as well as TCS so I could touch the products and get ideas for design. The CC product was better quality, better priced, and offered much more customization. Designer Jonathan was very professional and efficient. No high pressure sales tactics so the consultation was very comfortable. I had general ideas of what I wanted my closet to look like. He was helpful and patient as I edited our design a few times. We had an excellent experience with California Closets. We worked with designer Joanna Suero and she brought her many years of experience and her wonderful creativity to the task. She is very gracious and pleasant to work with. She has lots of good ideas and thinks ahead to the consequences of every design decision. She headed us away from disaster on more than a few occasions. Calif Closets completed and installed our master closet and it looks amazing! I enjoyed working with my designer, Jonathan. He planned and designed the perfect closet for us and I couldn't be happier with the outcome and the quality. I love my self closing drawers and all of the organization and space I've gained. Very disappointed in the quality. After 3 years all of the white laminate is popping off! Lots of money to invest in something that doesn't last very long.

Be very careful and get everything in writing from this company. During the designer's initial visit, I was extremely thorough in explaining that the closet was for my infant daughter's bedroom. Designer talked me into a three-tier bar even though I was hesitant due to the bars needing to be readjusted once my daughter grew. She reassured me that the bars were easily adjusted into a two-tiered bar system. Well, here I am five years later and, of course, readjusting the bars in her closet is anything but simple. After being slapped in the face with a $22,000 estimate from The Container Store, I thought I would try this place. How much was a comparable option? Your guess is as good as mine since no one bothered to speak to me. I understand being with another customer, but when I walk around for 5 minutes, you could excuse yourself and greet me, give me a card, do something. We went in to their showroom. Nice arrangements that they can build for clients. They came out, measured and worked up a quote. Keep in mind that we already had a quote from our general contractor. Their price was so reasonable that we decided to use them. They offered many different finishing touches, doors, handles, drawers, hanger poles, etc. They came out beautifully.
