I needed to have 3 closets refurbished in our new home. Met with Kay the salesperson, and designed the closets. We had to wait quite some time, and when the closets were finally installed, the job was really poor quality. Baseboards were removed and either not replaced or stuck back on the wall with glue. Paint was chipped, huge dirt smudges, screws on the floor, and it took twice as long as the installer said it would. I WISH I had never decided to re-do those closets.

Top notch customer service! We had a couple of minor glitches, but the Cal Closets team immediately addressed them. From our initial meeting with our custom designer, Ben Weiss, he set the gold standard! Then Cecilia Carlsson, the Service Manager, navigated us through the completion process and fine-tuning. We couldn't have asked for a better team. Down to earth, good listeners, creative and just darn right nice! We highly recommend California Closets. -Kathy & Danny Potter

CA closets did a great job. The designer (Gerardo Soares) was a pleasure to work with on the design. He was personable and professional. He used our requests and developed plans that met all of our needs. The workmanship, materials and installment was also completed to our satisfaction, On the latest installation we worked with Dante and Sebastian. They were neat, polite and did a great job. The previous installers ( I don't remember their names) also did a great job. Thank you CA Closets.

Our salesperson, Kelli, was knowledgeable and professional. She took the time to show us many options so we could make an informed choice, but never tried to sell us more than we needed. Martin, the installer, was also very professional and efficient. When he was done he went over the install with us, fixed a couple of things, cleaned up and was gone. We were very happy with his work. We enjoy our newly organized closet so much that we are having our guest room closet done as well!

I had Tessa design my house closets and they turned out great last year. I totally remodeled my garage into a man cave. I jack-hammered out the old cracked, damp slab and wanted a new look for my new stained slab. I picked 1 " thick 36 " deep x 32" wide cabinets for my 21 foot wide jet black gloss cabinets with silver hardware. My walls are black gloss with a silver metallic paint ceiling. Excellent design for the room (guest/den 1/2 bath) which was a difficult space to design for as the bathroom leads into laundry. Needed the perfect built in and Kathy Bitter was just the person to design it. Also, Kathy suggested the finish for the wood that brought the room full circle. And the price quoted fit the job perfectly. (In my mind!!). Next I was so pleased with the quality and the workmanship of the unit. And the best of everything came with the install. Ben Weiss is an extremely talented and competent designer. I can't sing his praises loudly enough! He took four tiny closets and somehow turned them into efficient and sufficiently roomy closets. And, they're beautiful. The people who installed the closets were terrific also. They, too, were competent as well as very neat. I also should mention that the closets were installed quickly and on schedule. I highly recommended this California Closets and in particular, Ben Weiss. forget this place.........signed up with the rep who really needed a bath......guy comes over high on drugs to install my garage closets and work bench. first thing he does is drill a hole in my electrical box shorting out the whole neighborhood.....needless to say i had alot of angry neighbors. next he uses a round saw and puts 9 slices marks in my cement driveway. then he attempted to repair them and made it look worse. at one point he passed out from what ever drug he was on.....i complained. they sent another guy to fini... read more

Gerardo Shares did a wonderful job helping us to design our new closet. He was prompt in responding and flexible with plan changes. The company was also fantastic with special home delivery of extras we had ordered that came in after the main closet install. They also did not waste any time replacing a mirror that had inadvertently been installed with the wrong glue - something that became apparent several months after the install.
