I am so in love with my new closet! I can't stop staring at it. The boards are a great color and really nice quality. My sliding mirror doors for all 3 bedrooms are also beautiful. The whole process was great . Our designer, Susanne, listened to our needs, went through all of the details and provided a 3D representation of what our closet would look like. I have never been conned by a company like this one. If I could leave 0stars I would. They processed my order without telling me before the 3 day cancellation date. When I called the only number on the contracts it was the wrong department and they said it was on hold. After fighting with them for 3 months with texts proving they're at fault, I still didn't get my deposit back. My lawyer caught them in a lie on the contracts but they still got away with it!! Our experience with this company and Donald exceeded our expectations. This type of project has been a dream of mine for many years, but still caused a bit of anxiety while researching options. From the first visit to the show room to the moment the installers left my home, those concerns vanished. I'm just in awe. And in love. With my new closet. It took a little while to schedule a meeting with Emily to do an in home consultation, about a week and a half, and the meeting itself took over two hours, but I liked that she went through all the details, provided CAD drawing and 3D rendering of what it'll look like by the end of the meeting. A truly 5-star experience! Susanne Nielsen was our Design Consultant. She came out to look at the space under our stairs where we wanted to install a semi-custom storage solution. She was friendly, knowledgeable and made the entire design process quick and easy. She made some great suggestions and modeled out several options for us to chose from. To begin with it was a pleasure to work with Donald. The project was a full home office and a pantry. We enlisted 4 companies to work with us for the design and proposal process. One company said they could not do the project up front. Two of the companies provide their design on paper. Donald worked with their computer design software and provided the proposal and showed us exactly what the project would look like on the computer in 3 dimension. Kudos to Tracy Anderson at California Closets for thinking outside the box and designing a functional space in our 1920s narrow closet. I did not want to take down a wall, which would have made access to the closet so easy but also would have destroyed the original configuration of the room. Instead, Tracy made many different proposed configurations with the design computer program before we found one that is perfect. Installation was simple and quick. I am so happy with the result!

In our initial in-person consultation, Cynthia Binski quickly grasped our needs and desires in connection with our complete garage remodel (painting, flooring, cabinetry, etc.), and her overall professionalism, excellent design, and attendant 3-D modeling won us over after soliciting a number of other companies and their designs and estimates. We're really happy with the end result, and the whole process was fairly easy. Taylor, our designer was patient with our schedule and changes, and responsive to our feedback. I would have liked more customization options for fit and finish, but in the end it turned out great. The installation was a breeze, one day for a full wall wardrobe. The installers were friendly and easy to accommodate. I have a dog and work from home, and was able to make it all happen with the installation.
