Just make you loose time, days after hours choosing what you want, they told you that option will not be possible. In my case my designer did not show at store, neither a text. Never on time for zoom meetings TERRIBLE!!

Worked with Aundrea to find a solution for a medium size master closet. After some tweaks we managed to come up with a functional design that took advantage of every inch of the room, wall to wall, floor to ceiling. Aundrea was great, she understood our needs and was very patient and resourceful. Installation went smoothly and the closet looks great. I am very frustrated with my experience with this particular California Closets. I worked with Andrea to design my closet space. I actually knocked out my old closet and extended some walls to make more closet space, and was very clear that I wanted to maximize that closet space. Andrea designed a closet with 2 dead corners that I would not be able to access. I reluctantly signed the contract because I thought that was my only option for the space. My husband and I are working with Aundrea she is super helpful and patience with us. She answered all of our questions and helped us with a multiple designs. Her designs for our closet were amazing and she took her time to make us happy! I def recommended

I am super late writing this review (they installed my laundry room shelving like 4 months ago). But this review NEEDED to be written. Kariann Sinko was my designer and when I tell you she brought her A game...SHE. BROUGHT. IT! I was thinking I'd spend $800-900 on shelving for the laundry room, after all, it's just a laundry room, right...no one's gonna see it right? WRONG! After some water damage and failing to get Cal Closets to even come out and examine what needed to be done, then doing the removal work myself, I was quoted a ridiculous price to reinstall the shelves, and a 5 - 6 week lead time. I have never felt more abused and less valued as a customer than in dealing with California Closets. I was thinking about putting in some shelves in an upstairs loft, but you can be rest assured that I would never do business with them again. After a major remodel, our master bedroom closet shrunk in size. Thankfully we had high ceilings that could be utilized in the most efficient way possible. Lynn Retzler from California Closets came out to see our project, take measurements, listen to what we needed and came up with a very workable design. Installation took all day, but Warren and Dennis are very good and at the end of the day, we had a fabulous closet that was just perfect. Calforina closet did an amazing job with our custom entertainment center. Started off with the designer she gathered all our thoughts and ideas we came up with also what style we were trying to achieve. With everything said she nailed it. When it was time for installation the quality of craftsmanship was on point no corners were cut it was just perfect. I will continue to use California Closets for all my future projects.
