I asked CC for designs/quotes for 2 closets and pantry at the 11th hour. I was ready to accept a design/quote from another company but my father mentioned his positive experience with CC so I decided to check them out before making a final decision. California Closet's service and scheduling has been deplorable. They scheduled my installation 5 - 6 weeks ago without alerting me to the date and confirming the date. When I happened to call them to check on scheduling and they shared the date, I said the date wasn't doable because I was closing after that date, they then pushed the date out 25 days. They acknowledged the issue on their side but have refused to take accountability for their mistake. I have spoken to about 4 different people, wasted multi hours, and still no... read more

I had a wonderful experience with Chelsea Unga at California Closets. She came to my house and came up with four different designs for me to choose from. She also worked the design to fit my budget. The whole process was easy and I am in LOVE with my new closet. Everything fits perfectly. I would definitely recommend California Closets. Ask for Chelsea. She was amazing!

We hired California closets to make a cabinet on a long bare wall in our dining area. Our initial consultation was done by Karin and she was wonderful. Karin made all the measurements and even gave us an initial design. She was very helpful with recommending lighting and types of handles. Our designer, Kariann, was fantastic. She took the time to clearly understood needs and develop a functional and pleasing design. Pricing was very competitive to others we had bid on the project and quality was superb. Installation for our 2 closets was completed in a single day and very professional. This was unquestionably a great choice for us.

The software Stacey used to build my design was fantastic. She built three or four options which were 3D and comprehensive. Stacey Allen is knowledgeable and experienced in this field and offered great suggestions to meet my needs & budget!

Our designer at California Closets is Simone Jackson and we LOVE her!! She is very detail oriented, measures everything correctly and gets us the exact results we are looking for. We have had several installations with her and we wouldn't use anyone else. She informs us of ongoing deals and communication with her is never a problem. Highly recommend Simone to anyone thinking of using California Closets! Love the selection that California Closets offers. We've done an office, 3 closets and garage with them.
