My husband and I went in here accidentally. Our GPS has taken us here instead of different destination lol. There display was nice but it looked expensive to be honest. We ended up getting quote trying to build closet for primary room. The designer came who came to measure the room where I requested closet to be didn't take long. June 30, 2025 Project Designer Steven Whitaker is punctual, professional, he listens, designs functional spaces specifically for my needs, attention to details, showed me the quality of materials (high-end materials), and lifetime warranty, July 18, 2025 Installer Leo is on time, courteous, focus in his work, neatness/clean up the area, and showed me how to adjust the shelves. I sold my House and moved. I missed my California closet.. I bought a new home and needed my closet done again Of course only by California closet They are the best hands down!!! We had California Closets come out a second time to complete additional closets in our home. Both times we used Kariann as our design consultant, and she is SUPERIOR! She took the time to listen to our needs and drew up designs that aligned with those individual needs. We could not be happier with the closet Chelsea designed for us. She stayed in our budget, she was knowledgeable, and very friendly. She had amazing ideas and she really understood our needs. I never felt rushed or pressured during the process. The communication from start to finish by everyone in the company was top notch. The project was reasonable and worth every penny. Thank you!
Both our office and master bedroom closet are just as designed and perfect for our needs. The staff from the sales personnel to the office manager were very friendly, listened to and met our needs and always thorough and professional. We would highly recommend California Closets to anyone needing similar installations.
I had James install my closets today. He did one pantry and 2 linen closets. We absolutely love them. Travis was our salesman. He made recommendations that we would never have thought about doing. We used his great ideas. We highly recommend California Closets. Also work was promised to be done by Thanksgiving and it was completed a week early. Another plus.
From the beginning, the attention to my concerns was foremost to those I spoke with. Everyone at the store was friendly. The designer had a keen eye and great sense of style. She is very familiar with the products. She heard and answered all of my concerns. The young men who were responsible for installation were efficient, very informative and professional. They answered my questions and were on time. I would definitely used this California Closet group again.
