I have been using California closets for the past three years. Their design team is top notch. They have always helped me make my design ideas a reality. They have also helped me with my business designs. The installers are always efficient and friendly as well. The owners are very professional and I would recommend them to anyone!
Scott did a very good job in accommodating the unique space. He was patient with questions and changes. The work was completed as promised and done very well. We have already initiated another request for some additional work from California Closests
As a second time we use California Closets and we are very happy with the product and the professional install. The people all around from beginning to the end were awesome!
My parents paid over $2000 to get a closet done. And they use the cheapest material, they said we could move the shelves, and that's not possible, cause nothing is aligned evenly. Most unprofessional shoddy, work and material I have seen.They take advantage of elderly and give them the junkiest stuff. They should be ashamed of themselves and nobody should use that company. Imagine a company that will promise you this beautiful room. They come to your home and take measurements and design something quick while you wait. The whole time talking about what other companies won't do for you. Talking about what other companies are going to promise you but not deliver on. The one star is for the level of expertise the designer had. The store my husband and I walked into and fell in love with California closet products was at Downtown Summerlin. We immediately set up an appointment. The designer who came out was not helpful in giving me options. I told him that I wanted my closets to look like the show rooms, give me examples of what I can do. What I get is an IKEA look alike closet! Had these guys out today - small issue but the way it was handled is totally unacceptable - Alexa (our sales person) choose our color of hardware without asking making assumptions without confirming - ok sort of get that but when asked to change from silver to black we were told to "read your contract" too bad thats what you get. California closets is overpriced with zero customer service. The salespeople go to all locations around Las Vegas. Feel free to read my review from the other location. I dealt with both locations. Not worth a cent of your time and energy! Not what they used to be!
California Closets did a great job designing and installing two clothes closets, a double computer desk, and garage cabinets for our North Las Vegas home several years ago; and a large built-in bookshelf, utility room cabinet, garage cabinets, and a tool wall for our Laughlin home. Fifteen years later, after one garage cabinet was damaged by a car driven by a friend who inadvertently hit and cracked one of its doors, a replacement was skillfully created and just installed.
