Great experience! 5 stars! We recently had California Closets install a new custom office in our home. Everything from design to install was done with the highest level of professionalism. We recently completed a remodel of our Master Bedroom Closet. I had 3 companies come out to give us a bid. My wife and I chose to go with California Closets. This is a great company! From the sales person, the installers, and the owner. Everyone was committed to ensuring we were happy with the work. Larry the owner made several trips out during install to ensure all of our concerns were addressed. That in itself speaks volumes about this companies professionalism and commitment to excellence. I can't say enough about California Closets! I was able to get an appointment with the designer, Simone, on the same day I initially called. She measured our closets (a walk in storage closet and 2 small coat/broom sized closets) and created functional designs for me right in my home. We are are so pleased with the work California Closets did for our new home. My husband worked with Simone in May to design our bedroom closet, pantry, linen closet and garage cabinets. Simone did an amazing job understanding what we were looking for and delivering exactly what we needed. They promised a two day turnaround on the installs and they kept that promise. I would give more than 5 stars for how happy I am with my recent California Closet installs. Speaking specifically of the Dean Martin, Las Vegas location, our designer was Simone- she met with us in their beautiful showroom and then came to the house for onsite measurements and design ideas. I interviewed 5 closet organizer for my project. The California Closets designer was the most professional and personal she listened to my needs and worked with me throughout the process. We purchased two armoires and had our office closet fitted with drawers. Our designer was Dawn. She did a wonderful job. Our installers Ernesto and Alex were equally wonderful. Yes, they are a little expensive but I see why. The quality of their people, product and craftsmanship are worth every penny. I would and will use them again!

Dawn was terrific to work with and explain things. I had a very simple project, but she made it even easier and I appreciated her willingness and patience to answer a few questions along the way. The installer that came to my house was excellent, efficient, and appeared to do great work. I'm very happy with the entire experience. Ive had Cal Closets put in a previous closet for me, and I look forward to working with Dawn and the rest of the "team" on future projects as they come. Thank you for everything!
