I'm so disappointed in the customer service at this location. It's too bad, because I have heard such great things about California closets. The rep you sent to our home treated my construction worker like he was beneath her. I asked for a bid, and a week later it's still not done I made the experience as easy as possible, I basically gave her the reigns on the design. I can't say enough great things about California Closets and Katherin L. in particular! We had another company install our wall bed and they did an absolute terrible job. The design is not what they sold us, every handle was crooked, they left deep scratches on our walls - it was a complete debacle! My wife and I waited 10 years to finally build out what is a rather large closet. After meeting with CC's salesperson we decided to go ahead with the project. Our closet was installed ahead of the original schedule. Installers were courteous and efficient. Closet looks great exceeded our expectations, an overall great experience. Highly recommend.

Michelle Miller did our in-home design consultation. Ms. Miller was incredible and helpful and warm. We were all ready to sign the contract to spend $5,400.00 on our Master Closet renovation, until I sought clarification on the Autumn Upgrade Event promotional mailer from the Sales Manager Karen Avne (I wasn't seeking a lower rate, I was just seeking to understand the promotion). Worked with Tarja who was very knowledge and very easy to work with. Installers arrived on time, were very courteous, great job with installation and left the area spotless. Could not have been happier with the finished project. The cabinets are beautiful.
10/10 - Antonio Bracamonte was wonderful and I would absolutely recommend him and CA Closets. We ripped out some ugly existing shelves and transformed the nook in my dining room into a set of elegant glass shelves for my colored glassware collection. I love how it turned out, and would never have been able to imagine it without Antonio's help.
Michelle was our sales representative and she was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. The installation team was very professional and did a great job. The cabinets are beautiful!
Recently, you wrote the following review of our services: We are very pleased with the whole process, Lisa Dick was responsive through the whole process and did a great design. The technicians were great. One small part was left out of the hamper and they very easily put it on when the part came in. However I was most impressed that our credit card was not charged until everything was done and installed.
