We have used CA closets on multiple occasions. Everyone from the designer (Emily Haradon) to the installer (Andrew) this job and all past jobs has been responsive, organized, efficient and knowledgeable. I so appreciate that they always leave the job clean and tidy. If anything needs an adjustment they return to fix it, even years later. We had some shifting in our cabinets due to our home settling over time. They returned to fix it at no charge. The customer service they offer is rare these days. I just finished having an entire room complemented with California Closets. I adore it. My designer Brittany Tall is the best. We have used California Closets several times in a few different homes. We love working with Michelle, as she is responsive and able to create a design that fits our needs. We just turned a guest bedroom into my home office and Michelle combined storage, beauty and function. Im so happy to have a place for everything. I wish I had read the disappointing reviews BEFORE I went with California closets. I thought going with a business so well known, I would be treated with fantastic service. Opposite. They don't care. My rep was awful at follow up (also quite rude-as if I wasn't the CUSTOMER). They initially installed my closet the on opposite walls of how it was supposed to be. When they came to fix the installation the guy was great. Christine said she would come back when they were done to make sure and did not. The sad thing was they had to take it apart to fix it.

Could not be happier with the experience of working with California Closets to turn our small laundry room into an amazing utility space! Antonio was wonderful to work with and helped us with the design until it was perfect for us. I highly recommend testing things out in the showroom as part of your planning so you can see just how many awesome built-in and other features they have to maximize your space. The install experience was smooth as well and the team was very helpful. Thank you very much California Closets!

Michelle came to my home to give an estimate and she was wonderful--helped me come up with a budget-conscious plan and completely understood what I needed. She got back to me the same day with a quote. I highly recommend working with her.
