Total waste of time, terrible customer service, not professional. My closet expert was Neda Imanikhanghah in Corona Del Mar show room. She came to my home gave me a proposal that did not address all of my needs. I came to the show room at her request to discuss it with her and to see the materials that we were going to be used in my closet. A big "Thank you!" to California Closets! Our designer, Erika Bruno, was so helpful and informative; she spent lots of time suggesting styles and designs and listened attentively to our ideas for my office redesign. We also loved her 3D CAD program which allowed us to see what the finished product would look like on my laptop. The guys who came to install my new office did a great job and were pleasant, professional, and efficient. I was lucky enough to have my walk-in closet redone by California Closets. It came out beautiful. I have way more space and organization. It is life changing and beautiful to look at on a daily basis. The quality is exceptional and the prices are fair and they can work with you and your budget. My Design Consultant was Lisa Dick. I am very disappointed with CA Closets. I am using them in a home I am building. The total cost of our closets is approximately $53,000.00. The entire experience has not been what I am use to with this company. The workmanship of the product is bad. The installation was poorly done in numerous regards. Worst of all the company is very slow in taking care of the problems. We feel like we have moved to the bottom of their priority list.

They were very professional and Melinda took great care of me. There was a small misunderstanding about the size of the hole needed for the refrigerator but they are coming back and will fix it. I will definitely be reaching back out to them to have them do my closet at a later time.

I just had an office installed by California closets it turned out beautiful. The installers were very careful making sure they covered everything before putting their tools down. Alfredo and Jose P, did wonderful job and finished in a timely manner. Alejandro and Omar came back to do a few adjustments and we're also very friendly and professional.
