From the very first time we walked into the Corona del Mar store, we were warmly greeted and assisted by a helpful associate who arranged a home visit with designer Kimberly Ellis. Kimberly visited our home and guided us through designing the perfect walk-in closet. We had California closets in Newport Beach redo all my closets in January 2021. They did an excellent job. The installers were very nice, efficient and did not leave a mess when they left. I would recommend using California closets in Corona Del Mar any day!!

Designer was wonderful (Lisa Dick) very helpful with closet design, very knowledgeable on company products. Installers did a terrific job. Closets and pantry look AMAZING! Highly recommend your company product and service.

My experience with California closets and Stephanie Gogan was a delight. My closet is so beautiful. It looks like a room addition in my home. The installers Ahmet and Mark were professional, tidy, and their combined chemistry was warm and entertaining. When I had a small misunderstanding about the shelf, there were no questions asked, and they fixed it immediately with no extra cost. Wonderful people!

They installed my closet without the drawers 2 weeks ago even though they said they would have everything ready that day. After many calls to the store, customer service and the designer they get back to me the next day and say the shipment is delayed. My problem is that 2 weeks later no updates unless I reach out repeatedly. Still no drawers and half my closet is spread around my room. Poor customer service after spending $20,000 on a closet!

I have had my California Closets for almost 20 years and have been pleased with the quality and the durability. Earlier this year, I noticed that the laminate had come away from one of 4 cabinets and I was surprised and worried. We had a wonderful experience using California Closets to design a custom storage closet for our home. Amazing customer service from Brittany! She listened to our needs and created a design that was perfect for what we needed: hanging storage and additional shelving with doors to enclose everything. Installation was professional and quick. We are very happy customers.
