When they came to fix the installation the guy was great. Christine said she would come back when they were done to make sure and did not. The sad thing was they had to take it apart to fix it.

Could not be happier with the experience of working with California Closets to turn our small laundry room into an amazing utility space! Antonio was wonderful to work with and helped us with the design until it was perfect for us. I highly recommend testing things out in the showroom as part of your planning so you can see just how many awesome built-in and other features they have to maximize your space. Michelle came to my home to give an estimate and she was wonderful--helped me come up with a budget-conscious plan and completely understood what I needed. She got back to me the same day with a quote. I highly recommend working with her.

So so disappointed with my experience. Not one, but two missed appointments unfortunately shattered my confidence in the company. I scheduled an appointment online for two closets, which they called to confirm. All set for an 11am on a Saturday (with additional email confirmation). At 11:15am, no one was at my house so I called and the office/scheduler said the person meeting me (Linda) was driving and unable to talk to me, but thought our appointment was at noon so she would meet me then. The designer came out and did measurements and assured me they can design something to meet my needs. made appointment for the design review for following week. Then no more news, no reply to my email. I called her the day before the scheduled meeting, she said according to the engineers, they can not custom anything that fits my space. I was so very pleased with my new closet. It was something that I wanted for years and it was so worth the wait. Heather was fantastic and designed everything that I wanted and then some. The execution of the design was perfect and the installation couldn't have been better. They finished earlier than promised and left everything impeccable. Best in the business!
I am so glad we went with CA Closets CDM. They really went above and beyond in their customer service and even switched out our closet doors which didn't fit because our terrible general contractors made our walls and floors so uneven. Our excellent installers tried their best to make it work but the foreman said he'd seen bad workmanship before but never this bad.
