So so disappointed with my experience. Not one, but two missed appointments unfortunately shattered my confidence in the company. I scheduled an appointment online for two closets, which they called to confirm. All set for an 11am on a Saturday (with additional email confirmation). At 11:15am, no one was at my house so I called and the office/scheduler said the person meeting me (Linda) was driving and unable to talk to me, but thought our appointment was at noon so she would meet me then. The designer came out and did measurements and assured me they can design something to meet my needs. made appointment for the design review for following week. Then no more news, no reply to my email. I called her the day before the scheduled meeting, she said according to the engineers, they can not custom anything that fits my space. I was so very pleased with my new closet. It was something that I wanted for years and it was so worth the wait. Heather was fantastic and designed everything that I wanted and then some. The execution of the design was perfect and the installation couldn't have been better. They finished earlier than promised and left everything impeccable. Best in the business!
I am so glad we went with CA Closets CDM. They really went above and beyond in their customer service and even switched out our closet doors which didn't fit because our terrible general contractors made our walls and floors so uneven. Our excellent installers tried their best to make it work but the foreman said he'd seen bad workmanship before but never this bad. We have had a nightmare of a time with the general contractor we hired- so it was such a relief to work with people who clearly care about doing good work. Everyo... read more
Had a very nice downside master closet built- good job and no immediate issues. Requires some extra options (belt rack, laundry, etc.) and cannot get a return call. Called left VM, no call back, finally after 3rd try, got a call back and they said someone else has to call me. That was over a week ago. Poor customer service POOR. Too bad as would have used them again.
I am glad we used this company. Lily Nagy is our design consultant and she us amazing! Her design and expertise was so appreciated. The scheduler, Angie Gonzalez, and her supervisor, Bonny Thavorn, were so accommodating in moving our installation date. They are all so professional! And let's not forget the installers, Steven and Juan, who were so fast but they did an awesome job. I highly recommend this company, and will definitely use them again for future projects!

I've had my old closet done by a big closet company like this one so I was skeptical. But I am SO impressed. Not only did Lynn know exactly what I wanted (I got a quote by another big closet company as well) she was so sweet! She came by to check out the closet as the guys were working on it. We did my closet and made one for my husband in the master bedroom. They look amazing. I would recommend them 100% and will definitely use them again if I ever need anything else!

Christine R. was beyond professional and organized! She came to our home for the initial consultation. She got back to me within a few days with an amazing design. I kept making changes and she kept responding quickly accommodating all my concerns. I really enjoyed working with her. The closet turned out amazing. Better than I hoped for. Thank you so much Christine. The installation guys were also great and kept social distance and wearing masks and booties.
