Agree with Bruce B's review. Can't reach the store. Must go through a "liaison" who has no info on prices for replacement parts, types of replacement, Needed to replace broken sliding track for a basket in a house we just bought. Called Saturday morning. No "liaison in the office now." A woman took my name and said they will call me Monday. No I can't talk to the Bellevue store directly. I need to speak to a liaison. California Closets gets an A++ for their style, quality, durability, and fine installation. My sales person/designer Ashlynn Emilani was a joy to work with and she helped me get the exact products to transform my spaces. I now have CC products in my garage and 3 bedrooms, including the latest "Murphy Bed"/Desk installation. Sure, they're pricey--but their products boost your home value and the transferable Lifetime Guarantee to a subsequent buyer of your home is a real selling point.

I'm happy with the result - I mean who wouldn't be happy to have a walk-in california closet. Although, the process was p.i.t.a. in my experience with CC. Stephanie, my design consultant was helpful during the design, she did what she could to make things right for me when things were bad. One thing that took things down hill is the misunderstanding of the size of the drawers. I wanted 6in (on the inside) drawers, but Stephanie designed 6in (on the drawer's front), I ended up with 4in on the inside drawers. I feel like sizin... read more

We used California Closets to redo our master bedroom closet. It literally had a bar and a shelf from one wall to the other and was completely nonfunctional. Diane was our designer, and she came out to meet with me and see what we wanted. I actually had her look at three different spaces in our house, but in the end, we ended up just doing the master closet. She did a great job giving me exactly what I asked for. For our master closet we shopped around before deciding to go with CC. While other places were cheaper, they were just not able to provide us with the custom look we wanted. Our designer at CC, Stephanie, was extremely helpful in asking all the right questions. We realized there were things we wanted but hadn't thought of, like a full length mirror, a belt rack, and hampers. We had a great experience from end to end. Our designer, Stephanie, has been outstanding. She's reliable and a great communicator in addition to being creative with her designs and solutions. Our installer, whose name I unfortunately can't recall, was also wonderful. He was respectful, friendly, efficient, clean in his work, and also a great communicator. We recently contracted CC of Bellevue for the Master closet of our new condominium at Insignia Seattle. While the unit is amazing, the design and space limitation of the closet proved challenging. Shaun met with me within days of my reaching out, and very promptly got back with a mock up and quote. The installer was gracious enough to squeeze us in with existing installations in the building for an expedited completion date.
