We were building a new house and needed all the closets done - master, pantry, coat closet, all the bedrooms, and two built-in bookcases. The whole process was seamless from beginning to end. We worked with an amazing designer, Allison I. I had vague ideas of what I wanted done and she designed the heck out of our closets and made my ideas not only come to life but a million times better than I could've ever imagined! Having recently moved into a home with no storage - no storage (not even closet rods) - California Closets by way of Ashlynn Emiliani came to our rescue. Ashlynn is incredibly responsive, a great listener, a seasoned professional in terms of what will work, and how to make even the most challenging spaces as efficient as possible. This is our third home that we have had CC installed. We keep coming back because of how well we are treated. They have installed closets, office built-ins, crafting built-ins. They are the only people we call.

It was great. The designer, Emily, is very talented! Had good suggestions that we did not think of. Love the rope type lights! Very elegant! Cherie Gildersleeve was very professional and gave me excellent advice about possible options for my closet..she wasn't pushy but seemed to know exactly what would work for our odd little space. I absolutely love my new closet and my family is having a hard time getting me to "come out of the closet".

California Closets lived up to my expectations. From the first meeting with my designer, Tracy Pegg to the final install, everyone on the team was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I shopped with other companies and I am so happy that I went with California Closets. I am proud to tell all my friends and people that come to my house that my closets are because of your company! Customer service is awesome! I have two California Closets in my house now and unfortunately the designer I worked with two years ago made an error because I couldn't open the drawers and she told me that the answer was to buy a new closet door. What? Two years passed and I decided I wanted a walk-in closet for the master bedroom. I called different companies and they were surprised with the error and suggested I call California Closets and talk to a manager.
