I am very pleased with how our project turned out. From meeting the Designer Kara to the installer Shane. Great group here. Kara followed up to see how we were with the finished product and Shane left the areas he worked in clean and free of any dust. Thank you. I will definitely use again for any future projects.

I've had 2 experiences with California Closets; one for my own home and the other for my parents house, both experiences were great! My parents experience was about a decade ago, so I'll stick to this latest experience. In May I made the decision to make my life easier by organizing the two bedroom closets in my home. My new home had significantly less closet space compared to the place I rented for ages, so this was quite an adjustment for me. I have ALOT of clothes and shoes. Called twice...the phone number here is bogus, the first person who answered could barely speak English, asked me if I was calling from a business (I think) he wouldn't answer me when I asked if this is California closets...next time I called I was told I won a $100 gift card and to press 1 to claim it AND speak to an agent...um no so I sat there and was disconnected.

Bad service even don't listen to ur problem. I was trying to explain what exactly I need but they disconnect the phone few times and never call me back I will not recommend this place

California Closets demonstrated incompetence across all levels of their organization. Almost every one we had to contact with throughout a multi-week ordeal lacked professionalism and any concern about our experience. What should have been a one day install turned into a multi-week ordeal. Some of the main problems include: failure to complete a job on time, difficulty of scheduling a followup to complete the job, installing parts with blemishes, and creating a flawed design which overlooked prominent features in our closets... read more

Yikes! Just had my office shelving/desk space installed on Nov. 13th 2018 and what a six hour goat rodeo! This morning, my office still smells like an ashtray from the installer (no smoking in our home), there is saw dust on our driveway, wrong colored door pulls installed and an opening for a paper shredder that is way too small for my needs (all of the specs were reconfirmed in September prior to the installation). We thought we went to the best. We only heard good times about California Closet however we were deeply disappointed. The beginning started out okay. We started by going to the showroom to arrange an appointment for an estimate. Later that week the estimator came out to our house to take measurements. Everything seemed to go smoothly. Fabulous! From meeting Jaelyn at the showroom all the way to completion of installation, it all went smoothly and customer service was terrific. The scheduling of installation was friendly and easy. The installers, Paul and Shane were friendly, efficient and left the place clean. Jaelyn has been great in following up to make sure everything is to our satisfaction. Kudos to everyone!

Whole project took multiple call backs, three Xs as long as should have, Krikes, it was a sideboard not The Great Wall people. On the upside, they do have a lifetime warranty, the materials and fit are very good (once they get it spec'd right)and while I did walk away with a 75% satisfaction on the job, that 25% "shoulda been" vexes me, yes, vexes me it does.
