Gerardo helped take our master bedroom closet from a crowded and poorly planned room to one that is not only useful and functional, but also beautiful. The design he proposed was pretty much what we asked for and the ability to tweak it to our specifications while we watched was really nice. We have a 1947 house with small closets from that era. We had closet systems put in, and the use of space is so much more efficient now! We also had a wall bed, desk, cabinets, and a closet put in an office and LOVE how it turned out. Gerardo, our sales person, was very responsive, had great ideas, and was super helpful for the project. It was really helpful that we could see the computer rendering of the different design options. Katie designed 3 beautiful closets for our home. She listened to our needs and created great designs that helped to organize our family and maximize our space. Katie is a delight to work with both talented and very professional. Installation went smoothly and the installers particular Nick were great to work with. This whole experience with California Closets was absolutely amazing.  Cat Garruto, our design consultant, was a dream! She's a complete professional who really took the time to understand our needs and our budget. The guy who installed our closet was also amazing. I saw first hand how detailed and methodical he was with the whole process.  The result was a beautiful closet which turned out to be above and beyond our expectations! Kendal just finished installing my closet system and I'm in love. Katie, the designer, was fantastic. I met with her 2+ years ago and only just now finally pulled the trigger. When I reached out to her a month, or so ago, she remembered me. She even remembered my pets. Such great customer service. Thanks CA Closets for my beautiful master bedroom walk-in closet.

We worked with California Closets to update and renovate our master closet after some water damage. End to end, from design to customer service to materials to installation, they were exceptional. Designer Donald was stellar in partnering to conceive a closet that had all the features and beyond, and in revising the design and materials to meet our budget. The installation crew was prompt and professional and within a few hours, I had a new closet that literally changed my lifestyle. Thanks to Donald and the CC team!

This was my first experience with California Closets and thanks to Cara Carrasco, who helped me from the beginning to the end of the process, I had no hesitation with a 5star rating. Ms. Carrasco was professional. She listened to my concerns. She was sensitive to my financial arrangements. She answered all text inquiries and concerns promptly. She was "on it." If I use CALIFORNIA closets again or refer family or friend, I'll insist on working with Ms. Carrasco, and will tell anyone I refer to do the same.

My husband and I worked with Carlene Wolfe of California Closets Chicago location to come up with a design that would best meet our needs. Initially we were not aware of a code requiring 18 inch of clearance under an existing water sprinkler. Unfortunately that prevented us from getting the storage space that we so desperately sought.
