Bone Dry was recommended to me after discovering that my chimney was rotted out and needed to be repaired. I had water damage in my family room ceiling after it would rain and later discovered that my chimney was rotted out pretty badly. I was told by the company that the water damage was most likely caused by the rotted chimney. We have been out multiple times. Performed multiple water tests with multiple managers. The interior damage is not coming from the chimney. We offered to redo the chimney scope of work again, and did so several months ago. There is nothing else to do. The damage she is referring was caused by a plumbing leak.
