PSA Never use ******** (**********, **)! Got quoted a new roof for $5750 with a ten year warranty. On the quote was a note about a possible $4000 redecking fee. Before signing any paperwork I was assured that I would not need the whole roof redecked and would have some additional charges for fixing areas but not $4000 worth. An employee from Bone Dry Roofing met me on February 28th to give a friend of mine who had a stroke and was in rehab an estimate to repair her roof.He told me he would drop it in the mail that day and she would receive it within 2 days.She didn't receive it and I called them 15 days later asked if they could email it to me or mail another estimate to her and she said that she would forward it.It has been over 3 weeks now and we still have nothing.Don't waste your time with this company.Horrible to do business with!

They installed a roof on our house but while they were working on our roof our vent fan in the bathroom fell down and there was some damage done to our gutters. They scheduled four different times to come and look and repair the damage. They did not show up at scheduled time or call before hand informing us they could not make it. My wife is calling to schedule for a fifth time but have no expectation they will follow through. Roof is good but if any damage is done they will not fix it apparently.

don't be reassured by any of their fancy warranties. Shingle Manufacture Warranty, Labor Warranty on 30 year roof or an additional 10 year warranty that I paid for out of pocket that they will not honor. Totally unprofessional. I got 2 quotes, ok'd 1 quote and sent in the paperwork and I've heard nothing since- no call, text or email for over a week and a half. If this is how they run their "business" I want no part of it.

I contacted them several years ago to repair our roof and they offered to replace or repair it. I said yes go ahead and repair it... after this I never heard or saw from them again. I did however get a call this week from a debt collection agency trying to hit me up for 400 bucks from work that was never done. RUN!

After waiting for 2 weeks on a leaking chimney, on the day of appointment, field staff called and let us know that their vehicles and office were vandalized and tools were stolen. They promised to call soon to reschedule the appointment. Waiting for another hour or two, the office called to reschedule the appointment. Now they want to set the appointment another 2 weeks from today. Very disappointed since my chimney has been leaking and now they want me to wait another 2 weeks which is ridiculous. Bone *** started the process of dealing with my insurance co. professionally. Was impressed,being my insurance co.
