Bone Dry responded quickly and efficiently to our chimney inspection request and completed the repair as proposed. They were professional, shared progress via images/video and maintained their competitive quote. I called them again a few months later after a storm to repair roof tiles. Same experience. Would definitely recommend.

I cant say enough good things about our experience with Bone Dry Roofing. From my initial phone call, to the very end, the process was smooth and effortless. Great communication throughout the entire process. We had a deadline to meet and they made sure it was completed during that time, even throughout the Christmas holidays. If you need an honest and reliable company to do youre work, give them a call.

Recently bought a home built in **** that was not very well maintained. We had Bone Dry Roofing (*********, **) out to replace the top 11 courses of chimney and rebuild with a new flue tile and rain cap, along with a custom poured, floating concrete crown. They also inspected flue liner, made repairs/ re-caulking and parged smoke chamber to bring to current code requirements (removing corbeled configuration). My experience was great. ***** was awesome. He was informative and very helpful with all my questions. He even came back the day after install to follow up to make sure all was good. The install crew was efficient, did great work and carefully cleaned everything afterwards. The price was great, too! I highly recommend Roof One, LLC

just now New Bone Head roofing company took a month to complete my simple 1 story roofing project. The crew knocked my chimney over and didnt even bother to connect the flu back up inside the home, took a week to get someone out to fix that, let all kinds of harmful carbon monoxide inside my home (luckily it was cool and my windows were open for that week). I caught them red handed not doing the work they were hired to do and billed me as if it was done. Manager even came out and agreed not done. They are still trying to get paid for it! I have all documented proof they I supplied the Manager and they still want to be paid. RUN!1 Star was the worst option available - would have given them a negative if possible!

We paid 790 dollars to get a leak directly over a staircase fixed. The leak is worse than ever. Three steps are entirely iced over and that staircase is completely unusable for several months of the year. **** came and told us they would fix it and I had two follow-ups with them and it is worse than when they initially came out here.Also had an issue because several times when we called we got connected to another call center and they were not conveying information back to the main office. I didnt even wsnt to give this so called business 1 star. Just like other reviews that said no returned calls is true. They came and looked at the issue I had, told me I would get an estimate, but after more than a week and me twice calling them their estimator **** called me back with an attitude and told me their busy and when he gets a chance he would send me one. That was at least 4 days ago. Absolutely horrible customer service!!!!
