I received a contract from Bone Dry for a new roof. I signed the contract and returned and received a thank you letter from the owner. Several days later they contacted me and stated they forgot to include labor in the contract and could no longer honor the contract. The price clearly includes labor as what else would be in a $10k roofing quote besides materials? There is not $10,000 worth of shingles on *******. I advise to avoid this company as they clearly do not honor their contracts.
This review is for Bone Dry Roofing whose local office is in ********, ****. I had Bone Dry Roofing install a new roof on my house while we were on vacation. Upon returning home and inspecting the outside of my house, I found multiple areas of damage that probably was caused by the negligent removal of the old roof shingles. This review is about terrible customer service by **********************. Promises ignored, I was in ** when the work was due to be done. I was promised I progress photos to see damage and no photos we provided nor was I even informed that the work was underway and then completed. When I questioned what work was done when I was sent an invoice, I was given a huge run around about photos. I have nothing good to say about this company!! I signed a contract March of 2021 to have my chimney repaired. I had to follow up so many times it was laughable. From poor follow up to asking for brick matches. It was flat out futile. I called their office a few times asking what is going on ? I would always get well Zach will call you back. PSA Never use ******** (**********, **)! Got quoted a new roof for $5750 with a ten year warranty. On the quote was a note about a possible $4000 redecking fee. Before signing any paperwork I was assured that I would not need the whole roof redecked and would have some additional charges for fixing areas but not $4000 worth. On the day of the job the ******* shows up and tells me that he was informed my my whole roof needs to be redecked before the work even begins. An employee from Bone Dry Roofing met me on February 28th to give a friend of mine who had a stroke and was in rehab an estimate to repair her roof.He told me he would drop it in the mail that day and she would receive it within 2 days.She didn't receive it and I called them 15 days later asked if they could email it to me or mail another estimate to her and she said that she would forward it.It has been over 3 weeks now and we still have nothing.Don't waste your time with this company.Horrible to do business with!
They installed a roof on our house but while they were working on our roof our vent fan in the bathroom fell down and there was some damage done to our gutters. They scheduled four different times to come and look and repair the damage. They did not show up at scheduled time or call before hand informing us they could not make it. My wife is calling to schedule for a fifth time but have no expectation they will follow through. Roof is good but if any damage is done they will not fix it apparently.

don't be reassured by any of their fancy warranties. Shingle Manufacture Warranty, Labor Warranty on 30 year roof or an additional 10 year warranty that I paid for out of pocket that they will not honor.
