The repair team left a portion of my gutter unfinished and for 2 months Ive been trying to reach anyone to assist with completing this work and cannot get any response or assistance.

The crew destroyed my gutters and guards which are seven months old,the ******* disconnected my attic fan by cutting the wires but did not cap the **** ***** until the next day when I asked if the wires were safely capped.I guess safety for the home owner is not their priority! Stay away! Bone Dry came out to fix my roof and made the situation worse. Before they came out, I emphasized the importance of their matching my existing roof. After being assured it would, it resulting work stuck out like a sore thumb. Even worst, their solution further damaged my roof, causing damage to the surrounding roof.When I called to complain they effectively shrugged and said it wasnt them. I was told I would receive a $50 **** gift card for referring someone to their company, which I did, and said person had Bone Dry come out to give them an estimate for their repairs. After the initial estimate, the individual I referred attempted several times to set up a date to have service completed on her home with no response from Bone Dry. Her roof is still not fixed many months later and I never received a gift card for the referral.

Horrible! This company put a new roof, gutters and gutter guards on my house, June, 2023. Water was flowing over the gutters hitting the foundation of my home. They came out and removed the gutter guard and refunded me for it. Water is still flowing over my gutters. I dont think the shingles are placed correctly on the valleys of my roof. I believe they used dried out roofing that had been sitting in a warehouse for a length of time. I have given bondry over ******* k of works. The reason is I believed they can stay behind their works and honor their warranty. I paid over 100 k for one job and still has few years warranty left. Just few days ago we called for leak and your guy said B vent is rusted and thats why it is leaking. This is the second time for the same complex I called for warranty. Bone Dry was recommended to me after discovering that my chimney was rotted out and needed to be repaired. I had water damage in my family room ceiling after it would rain and later discovered that my chimney was rotted out pretty badly. I was told by the company that the water damage was most likely caused by the rotted chimney. We have been out multiple times. Performed multiple water tests with multiple managers. The interior damage is not coming from the chimney. We offered to redo the chimney scope of work again, and did so several months ago. There is nothing else to do. The damage she is referring was caused by a plumbing leak.
The Roof itself appears satisfactory; time will tell. Job required some fixes and extra work after the fact; which has been an absolute uphill fight now that they've been paid. Communication after the job has been vague, obtuse and aggressive; bordering on condescension. Local Branch Manager has now cancelled the Siding Job that became required due to a find during the roofing job.
