The worst company I have worked with in my life. I signed in July, and had been in contact with a representative who said scheduling would take at least a couple weeks. Almost three months later, I contacted them to find they had dropped me in their system. The first phase of work, I got notice day before that someone was coming to work on the roof, then thirty minutes out. I didnt even wsnt to give this so called business 1 star. Just like other reviews that said no returned calls is true. They came and looked at the issue I had, told me I would get an estimate, but after more than a week and me twice calling them their estimator **** called me back with an attitude and told me their busy and when he gets a chance he would send me one. That was at least 4 days ago. Absolutely horrible customer service!!!!

Time will tell with the quality of the work, but my experience with Bone Dry was very frustrating and left me feeling like the value I expected for my money was not met. I will be exploring every possible alternative before I contact Bone Dry again. Two main points that were the most concerning.Lack of communication between sales/management and the trades people doing the work. I purchased a home in May 2024 with a roof installed by Bone Dry. Before closing, the roof was inspected and repaired by Bone Dry under the previous owners *********** April 2025, I experienced a roof leak. When I contacted Bone Dry, they informed me that the warranty is only transferrable within 60 days of closing and requires a fee. Because that process was not completed - they would not be honoring the warranty. The repair team left a portion of my gutter unfinished and for 2 months Ive been trying to reach anyone to assist with completing this work and cannot get any response or assistance.

The crew destroyed my gutters and guards which are seven months old,the ******* disconnected my attic fan by cutting the wires but did not cap the **** ***** until the next day when I asked if the wires were safely capped.I guess safety for the home owner is not their priority! Stay away! Bone Dry came out to fix my roof and made the situation worse. Before they came out, I emphasized the importance of their matching my existing roof. After being assured it would, it resulting work stuck out like a sore thumb. Even worst, their solution further damaged my roof, causing damage to the surrounding roof.When I called to complain they effectively shrugged and said it wasnt them.
