This review is for Bone Dry Roofing located at 3500 Parkway Lane, Hilliard, OH 43026. It was a pleasure working with this company to replace my decking, shingles and insulation. I have a GC business in *********. I've lived in many places across *****************. Contracted my first job when I was 8 years old in '67. Rather surprised to see that the Bone Dry Rating is so low. Must not be as a result of the ********************************. These guys did the best job on my personal residence that I've seen. In fact, I will be calling them when I work on my real estate business projects or other contracted sales.*******

I caught them red handed not doing the work they were hired to do and billed me as if it was done. Manager even came out and agreed not done. They are still trying to get paid for it! I have all documented proof they I supplied the Manager and they still want to be paid. RUN!1 Star was the worst option available - would have given them a negative if possible!

We paid 790 dollars to get a leak directly over a staircase fixed. The leak is worse than ever. Three steps are entirely iced over and that staircase is completely unusable for several months of the year. **** came and told us they would fix it and I had two follow-ups with them and it is worse than when they initially came out here.Also had an issue because several times when we called we got connected to another call center and they were not conveying information back to the main office. Frauds my father is dead from their negligence and vandalism was robbed 19,,500 cash for metal roof and built a box with whole on side took life time warranty metal roof and stuck dads original 60 year old ventilator , no ventilation and mold and rats evasive built their box rigging over awning contaminated house as their make shift i roof is still moving The whole property shifted from their roof moving STILL. The worst company I have worked with in my life. I signed in July, and had been in contact with a representative who said scheduling would take at least a couple weeks. Almost three months later, I contacted them to find they had dropped me in their system. The first phase of work, I got notice day before that someone was coming to work on the roof, then thirty minutes out. I didnt even wsnt to give this so called business 1 star. Just like other reviews that said no returned calls is true. They came and looked at the issue I had, told me I would get an estimate, but after more than a week and me twice calling them their estimator **** called me back with an attitude and told me their busy and when he gets a chance he would send me one. That was at least 4 days ago. Absolutely horrible customer service!!!!

Time will tell with the quality of the work, but my experience with Bone Dry was very frustrating and left me feeling like the value I expected for my money was not met. I will be exploring every possible alternative before I contact Bone Dry again. Two main points that were the most concerning.Lack of communication between sales/management and the trades people doing the work.
