Recently bought a home built in **** that was not very well maintained. We had Bone Dry Roofing (*********, **) out to replace the top 11 courses of chimney and rebuild with a new flue tile and rain cap, along with a custom poured, floating concrete crown. They also inspected flue liner, made repairs/ re-caulking and parged smoke chamber to bring to current code requirements (removing corbeled configuration). Rather surprised to see that the Bone Dry Rating is so low. Must not be as a result of the ********************************. These guys did the best job on my personal residence that I've seen.
