Pay for what you get and I mean this in a positive way. The team kept me well informed of our roofing project, step by step as they were on the roof, by sending pictures, videos, and info via group text. Any questions or concerns I had were answered promptly as they were on the job. All pictures and videos were able to be saved onto my phone so that I can see before/after views of not only the roof but any issues they ran into. Ultimately we are satisfied with the end result of our new roof and gutters. However, the day of installation was full of issues!! The supervisor and workers were unprofessional and unprepared for an in coming storm. The project manager was very helpful and tried hard to make things right, which he did! The gutter installers were absolutely great! They Went above and beyond to complete their job and fix issues left from the roof installation! 5 stars for them!!
