I cant speak highly enough of this company! From the minute I reached out to them until the work was completed they handled everything beyond my expectations. They had someone come out the same day I called with my roof concern (we were selling our house and the inspector found there was a roof issue). They got us on the schedule within a week! I have to brag on Bone Dry Roofing. I am absolutely amazed (but not surprised) at the work quality and customer service of this company.First of all, the sales person I dealt with, ******************* was phenomenal. He was so professional and provided me with a great presentation on who Bone Dry is and what I could expect if I hired them. We have used Bone Dry for many years and have always been satisfied with their work. The employees are well trained and execute the work in a professional manner. They are quick to respond to a request for a bid and have individuals working for the company who know what needs to be done. This is true for new work and for repair work.

Bone Dry was an excellent company to deal with. They were prompt in coming out and identifying our issue. They were prompt in sending us a detailed proposal, and they were prompt in booking the job and getting it done. Their staff was friendly and very helpful. Guys were here on time. There were a few surprises when the tar paper and shingles were removed. Overs 50 pieces of sheeting was replaced and a few of the rafters needed to be shored up - so glad their warehouse is nearby and they had all the additional supplies needed. The crew worked really hard and finished around 530pm. Clean up was amazing and all items on the deck were replaced perfectly. Upon meeting the initial Bone Dry roof inspector, he said he and his brother were going to perform the work. I asked some specific questions regarding the job which he answered. He was good to answer my emails in a timely manner, but after signing the contract (which I dropped off at the **************** ***************), I no longer received responses to my emails. The original estimate was too low because the first contractor didnt notice we had a second set of shingles to remove..was told this was an easy catch..very sloppy..overall I like the completed roof..considering everything they stayed until they were completely done on a very hot day

Contacted Bone Dry for some guttering repair. **** came out within 2 days. Gave us a reasonable quote on 6/27/2024 & said they would schedule as soon as possible. **** arrived at our door 7/5/2024 and I have to say he was outstanding -- very courteous, meticulous, came & got us if he had questions which we appreciated. Completed the job, cleaned up and asked if could do anything else. Highly recommend this company.Located in ************
