Guys were here on time. There were a few surprises when the tar paper and shingles were removed. Overs 50 pieces of sheeting was replaced and a few of the rafters needed to be shored up - so glad their warehouse is nearby and they had all the additional supplies needed. The crew worked really hard and finished around 530pm. Clean up was amazing and all items on the deck were replaced perfectly. Upon meeting the initial Bone Dry roof inspector, he said he and his brother were going to perform the work. I asked some specific questions regarding the job which he answered. He was good to answer my emails in a timely manner, but after signing the contract (which I dropped off at the **************** ***************), I no longer received responses to my emails. The original estimate was too low because the first contractor didnt notice we had a second set of shingles to remove..was told this was an easy catch..very sloppy..overall I like the completed roof..considering everything they stayed until they were completely done on a very hot day
Contacted Bone Dry for some guttering repair. **** came out within 2 days. Gave us a reasonable quote on 6/27/2024 & said they would schedule as soon as possible. **** arrived at our door 7/5/2024 and I have to say he was outstanding -- very courteous, meticulous, came & got us if he had questions which we appreciated. Bone Dry is the company to go with! We had three other quotes for chimney flashing repair, and not only was BD the most cost effective, they were the only ones to actually get on the roof and determine the course of work to be done. The other guys were trying to look at everything from the ground. The thoroughness was great, their communication was accurate and everything from the quote to the repair work was substantial. Highly recommend their services!
