Ultimately we are satisfied with the end result of our new roof and gutters. However, the day of installation was full of issues!! The supervisor and workers were unprofessional and unprepared for an in coming storm. The project manager was very helpful and tried hard to make things right, which he did! The gutter installers were absolutely great! They Went above and beyond to complete their job and fix issues left from the roof installation! 5 stars for them!!

I hired Bone Dry to replace my roof and gutters after storms damaged the property. Their company was referred to me by my son, who had a new roof replaced by Bone Dry. They were attentive, gave a detailed estimate, worked with my insurance company to settle the claim since this was a result of storm damage. Bone Dry put on a new roof and guttering system on my house. I was not happy with the appearance of the ridge vent at one end. They came back and redid it . I still don't think it looks right.The guttering and downspouts were done incorrectly. Gutter was retaining water and downspouts were cut too short.
