We had Bone Dry come and evaluate an issue that occurred when a roofing company put on a new roof and did not change any of the flashing in 3 areas, even with their having to replace plywood in the areas. Bone Dry did a great job for us at a very reasonable price. They cleaned up very well and I have only found a handful on small pieces of debris. The only concern was after the fact because they used hammers to attach the shingles and the vibrations did cause a couple of light fixtures to need to be tightened or bulbs replaced.
Bone Dry Roofing was a pleasure to do business with. From the initial contact through the job performance and clean up they were straightforward, courteous, and professional. They did not pressure us or try to up-sell us and their pricing was competitive with other area contractors.
We had our roof replaced in April 2024. Due to other unrelated house projects that were already scheduled, our window to get the roof replaced before the other work started was very short. Bone Dry worked with our schedule to ensure the work was completed on time. The crew was very professional, and communication was great. They took the steps necessary to protect the house from damage and did a great job of cleaning up once the roof was complete. Also, there were no unexpected charges.
I was extremely satisfied with the roof replacement Bone Dry completed on my home. The representative I worked with was very professional and suited the work was scheduled timely. The roof replacement was completed in one day and the crew did a great job of cleanup. There was slight damage done to a ceiling in the upstairs bathroom due to the nailing of shingles around a skylight but it was repaired timely and to my satisfaction. I definitely recommend Bone Dry and would not hesitate to use them in the future.
