They got back with me right away. They were not pushy and answered all my questions. The vehicle got away from me but that's okay.
Friendly, answered my questions fast.
They got the paid 60 months 60,000 warranty wrong, the end date was 60,000 but the vehicle had 35,800 miles on it so warranty was only 24,200 miles. I went back 100 miles one way and he try to argue with me but did make it right but I don't trust him that I even have that warranty.

Vito was very helpful. I ended up buying a different Tundra elsewhere, but it wasn't because of the lack of service. I appreciate his help and the follow ups he did.
