It was full of ups and downs lol. I had signing, financing, and pick-up issues but Ola and Keith went out their way to make a sale. They were funny, too.

Yes the dealership was quick to respond, answered my questions about the vehicle and was very friendly. I did not travel to see this vehicle because I found a similar one closer to home.
Found this car on car gurus and headed to lot to look at it. After a little negotiating we were able to get the price to where we wanted it. Car is super nice and clean it was a fairly easy process. After we signed the paperwork and keys were handed over to us we were informed that the emissions hadn’t been done on the car and we would need to take it to local place and it would be at no cost to us. Great experience buying a car at the Auto Gallery. My Salesperson Tanesha and the sales manager Isaiah were great to work with. They listened and found the car in my budget that my wife really liked. If you go to Auto Gallery in Buford be sure to ask for Tanesha. She is great to work with.

Tanesha was incredible in every way! I stopped by a few days later, though, and watched her manager publicly order her around and berate her. Terrible chauvinism and racism on his part. I don't know his name, but I hope HIS manager punishes him appropriately.
