Was told that the car would be cleaned up and ready to test drive before my arrival. That didn’t happen. Had a bad battery in it. Vehicle wasn’t sanitized after previous drove the car. I had my own sanitizer and did it myself
I called to see the car. A woman called back and said that they had found a problem with the AC and had to get the price on it. 6 days later I called again and she said that it was on consignment and the owner had decided not to sell it if he had to put that much money into it. I really wanted to see this car and I was hoping to purchase it.
Horrible. They never gave me an appointment to come in to test drive the vehicle. I was told I would need a co-signer and never received an appointment. It was a big let down, the mileage, the features, and the look of the car is what I really wanted. I have someone that would have co-signed with me but I wasn't even given the chance.
He is ready to do business but wants to run a separate credit report.
Please walk away from this dealership. Customer service is non existent with these people. The price you see advertised is plus, plus, plus and plus miscellaneous service fees and unusually high dealer fees. They claim to have the vehicle inspected in the service department, but miss basic key items. I believe they rely on people buying a marked up warranty to cover the items they failed to repair. Just walk away read the reviews and do your homework.
After thinking I was going to close on a deal with my own financing everyone went missing in action. Today I reached Vito who happened to answer the phone. I asked for Derek my sales guy and was told Derek was off until Monday(today is Friday). I had spoken with and emailed him on Thursday. I walked in looking to buy that day. I was seen by several but not acknowledged. After 5 minutes I walked out. Now I have been contacted by email to know if I am still interested but I have made a commitment elsewhere.
Terrible Sold the vehicle the morning after I was told that they were holding it for me. My appointment was confirmed the morning before I drove to the dealership. 1hr wait in lobby to find out they sold the vehicle and were filling out the paperwork for this customer as I waited.

I tried to buy a 2015 camaro, went through all the financing steps, they said they would call me the next day to finalize, sold it that morning. It was my dream car, can’t find another one like it. Failed me utterly.
