Don’t waste your time on this place. They wanted to give me $1500 for my trade, kbb trade in was $6842 plus they cut zero off their asking price plus they try to pressure you into a $1600 care package with your purchase. An 18k car was written up as over 19k and that’s with my trade. So it’s give us your car and buy ours at asking price. No thank you. I drove over 200 miles to see this car. They never called me back. What a joke.

Walked in, no one greeted me. After about 10 mins I asked if someone could unlock the car so I could look inside. A rude woman who seemed like she hated her job said “you can’t test drive until you’re pre-approved” I replied and said I didn’t ask to drive it I asked you to unlock it. I didn’t bother telling her I was already pre-approved. Miserable people.

Did a long distance negotiation, a price was relayed and I drove 400 miles. Once I get there and wait for 2hours for a power problem, test drive, credit check, talking to the loan officer and then hearing the price was back to the original starting price saying it was never lowered was frustrating to say the least. Knowing the vehicle came from auction and showing the dealership where their inspection was not done well since they could not see the issues I discovered just looking at the vehicle. Vehicle is a double cab....I require a crew cab. Killed the sale. I was also shocked to learn the out the door price for the vehicle was $1,600. more than than the on-line printed advertised price. Big turn off since I was prepared to drive from NC to GA to pick up the vehicle.

They call me in second when I email them great sales people they will answer any questions you have for them but don't buy anything at this time l will keep them in mind

Very unprofessional, would not recommend to anyone. I spoke to a sales associate early in the morning and proceeded to fill out credit application. I was told I would hear from the manager for an “out the door price” I followed to send a family member to test drive the truck since I’m located out of state. He waited for an hour just to be told the truck was sold. I never heard from the manager. Let it be known credit app was accepted 5 min after I filed online since I have excellent credit. On my test drive appointment, i was informed that the vehicle has been test driven by another buyer and that they were working on purchasing it. We didnt see another vehicle.

Was told that the car would be cleaned up and ready to test drive before my arrival. That didn’t happen. Had a bad battery in it. Vehicle wasn’t sanitized after previous drove the car. I had my own sanitizer and did it myself

I called to see the car. A woman called back and said that they had found a problem with the AC and had to get the price on it. 6 days later I called again and she said that it was on consignment and the owner had decided not to sell it if he had to put that much money into it. I really wanted to see this car and I was hoping to purchase it.
