Completely unprofessional. I schedule an appointment asked to confirm the day prior and an hour into the two hour window I receive a text to change for an emergency. Excuse me, I haven't had hot water for a week, this was your first opening. Just be straight forward, the call before me accepted your fee and you blew me off. You may stand behind your work but you have no integrity. Karma has it's way. Thank you for nothing.

My moms toilet wouldn't stop running after being flushed. Two guys came by and charged her $475 to replaced her flapper. Egregious.

Horrible service - Scheduled an appointment between 9-12 was no show no call. I took the day off to meet with the Tech to repair the water heater. I called at 12:05 because I hadn't received any call or text regarding my techs arrival. I was told they couldn't come today Afterall and could possibly come tomorrow. This is horrible. Called to have my water heater fixed. I reported to the customer service rep the error code that I was receiving. I waited a day and they sent out a technician. The technician was here for 5-10 minute, didnt do anything that I didnt try to do, then told me I needed to buy a complete new unit. I called customer service again and they said he was a "newer" technician and that they would send someone else out the following day.
