I won't be using them again. I was charged $181 !!! for a 15 minute "repair" involving a simple tightening of a bolt on a gas valve on a line leading to my fireplace The technician spent most of the rest of the time on the phone and then sitting outside in his truck!! The $89 call-out fee that was supposed to be applied to the repair cost was not. This company then had the audacity to quote a further cost of over $900 to do additional proposed work to replace the gas valve. Forget it.

I am a plumber in Canyon Lake Ca. My old pastor from LaVerne called me very upset with water on his bedroom floor. Being over an hour away I recommended Ace Pelizon plumbing as I had worked there years ago as a young apprentice. They sent a plumber out who told my pastor his entire tile shower had to be torn out and replaced with a quote in the thousands of dollars and charged him a 90 dollar diagnostic fee. Chris is fantastic and organized a timely and efficient response to our fixture and valve installation needs for a residential bathroom remodel. Joe came out and was awesome. Highly recommend their work and their professionalism. Thumbs up all the way.

Unreasonable pricing. They handled an after hours leak at my condo, but their pricing was for the most part unreasonable: $109.65 to replace the leaking feed line was OK. $150 after hours emergency fee was expected from a quick "any plumber" internet search. $210.50 "initial assessment and diagnostic fee?" I guess that's what it costs for them to open a water heater closet door and see water leaking from a feed line.

Had an emergency call today (Sunday)with a leak above my kitchen... answering service picked up the call and John from Ace Pelizon promised he would have a plumber out to me within a couple hours... Joshua showed up and did a great job in a tough spot in brutal heat to fix my leak and get the house back to using water again.... and he gave me a contact to help assist with the water damage repair... big thanks and high recommendations for this company and their follow through on a weekend emergency call...

When you need someone to fix it right don't waste your time calling anyone else. I couldn't be more happy with my experience when I called Ace Pelizon Plumbing. It all started when I search online filling out a request for an estimate late in the evening and got a response first thing in the morning. Gary Preston showed up right away, assessed the job and gave me a quote right on the spot. You can tell that this type of service comes right from the top. Thank you Gary for your wisdom and knowledge.

DO NOT USE!!! Came for estimate to install water heater. Outrageous amount of $2400-$2800 depending on warranty.... gladly paid the $89 service call to move on to a plumber who quoted over phone $1100-$1500..... "No, Mr Plumber, not all plumbers will be $2400!"

My landlord hired this company to fix a plumbing problem we had and they did an awesome job in a timely manner. They were always prompt and very communicative and made sure to fully explain everything wrong as well as the repairs that were going to be done. I am very happy with the overall experience and appreciate the hard work of Kevin and Steven. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone experiencing any plumbing problem.
