We had what appeared to be a wet wall inside a condo we are buying and we needed to diagnose the source of the moisture. Ace sent Albert out to investigate. Albert was extremely professional and thorough. He went through a process of elimination to determine where the nearest water supply lines were. He checked the water meter for both our condo and the one next door to get an idea of whether which of the two units was causing the moisture. Albert went above and beyond. Had Ace Pelizon do two jobs for me. The first was to fix a leaky frontyard faucet. The second was to fix my frontyard sprinklers. In both cases the guys were great! Friendly, professional, proficient and efficient, Chris, Angel and Jimmy knew what they were doing and they fixed the two issues right away. Chris Jimmy and Angel are also not afraid of hard work. our water heater leaked all over the garage as it died. Called Ace and talked with Lisa who was so very helpful, pleasant and efficient. She really represents the quality of people at Ace Pelizon. Technician Gary came and ordered a new water heater and installed it. He worked diligently and without a break. Work was neat and efficient. He is a jewel. Will never use any other plumbing service again.
