I can't say enough good things about this company. The price was great, the work was done in a clean and timely manner, and the crew was very professional and answered all my questions and concerns. Never did I feel pressured in anyway. They came in, got the job done and cleaned up after themselves and made sure that everything was left clean. Every time that we have a plumbing problem at our preschool, as we did today, we always call Ace-Pelizon. Dispatch never fails to get someone out within an hour or two. The plumbers are professional, explain the cause of the problem, provide a detailed cost estimate of the repairs, and work diligently to complete the work as quickly as possible. Ace is the place....Ace Pelizon has great customer service, from the office help to the plumbers in the trucks. They came the next morning after we discovered a leaky upstairs toilet bubbling down a kitchen wall one evening. Kevin gave me straight answers and wonderful service. Ace Pelizon also referred a great tile man to help solve our toilet and flooring issues. All fixed, professional, punctual, polite. Will only call them with any plumbing problems in the future.
I see Ace Pelizon trucks everywhere I figured I'd call them. I've dealt with alot of plumbers in my day. The plumber from Ace was Clean, courteous, and seemed to know what he was doing, thats a rareity! Its good to know there are still plumbing companies out here that take pride in their work! I'm going to start by saying the plumber that performed the job was amazing he was very careful, and almost artistic about doing his job.( now the ugly) management or office, this company is paperless so everything you supposed to get is by e mail or text, I requested that they provide me with copy of the job that was to be performed, several times, excuse after excuse, by law I supposed to get one right away, did not get it, the excuse was that the person in the office could not e mail or text, this happened several times... read more
Raymond with Ace Pelizon Plumbing did a great job. He fixed issues with an older toilet. He provided a reasonable rate and fixed the problem without having to replace the entire toilet. He was able to do this on the same day. He arrived on time and was very professional.
