We had a leak in a water pipe in one bathroom that went undetected as we were on vacation. It ended up affecting second bathroom and master bedroom. Business was conducted from 200 miles away and by phone. They handled the lead appropriately and set us up with water damage folks as well. Ain't cheap but good work never is.

Ace Pelizon sent their team to help us fix a leak under our water heater in a very timely manner. We were always made to feel that we were a priority to this company. The only people we dealt with were our technicians Joe and Daniel. They were both extremely polite, nice, competent, and professional. The leak was fixed promptly. My experience with Ace Pelizon has been one great and excellent experience. They really care about making sure the work is done and fixed correctly, they are friendly, courteous and ready to answer any questions you may have. Gary came first and took the time to look and examine everything. Came back with Daniel, and together they got the job done. If there were more than 5 stars I would've rated these guys more! Amazing punctuality, service, professionalism, & honesty. I've dealt with many plumbers in the past because of our family business but never have I seen such integrity. They'll be on my vendors' list! Highly recommended!!

The plumbers came out to replace a kitchen faucet. The initial inspection revealed my garbage disposal was leaking and they replaced it as well. When they finished the job they did not turn the water back on to the dishwasher. When the dishwasher malfunctioned I called an appliance repair man to fix it. He diagnosed the problem and I was back in business. I called the shop to tell them what happened. I was getting quotes to remove and replace my water heater. Ace was one of the few places that offered a free local in home estimate. We were not able to be home and had to reschedule. They offered to have the tech call and do an estimate over the phone. Very professional and accommodating. I thought I had found my Plummer. There was a slab leak in the kitchen and water heater was going out. Robert D. was one of the technicians they sent out. He got the job done in a timely manner and is good at what he does! Very friendly!!! I recommend Ace Pelizon for your plumbing needs, based on the professionalism from Robert.
